Yeah, I had a sword in my inventory. Didn't think it would just attack by itself but just raise my regular attack damage. It's nice when idle games let you discover and figre things out, but this game is just needlessly obtuse in many ways.

turns out this game is pretty broken right now. you will regularly lose days of progress, even when you save/load properly.

Why does the enemy sometimes suddenly die? Drops from full health to 0, despite me not attacking or having the samurai active.

Ugh get this tedious game to stop crashing, provide offline earnings, and get the autosave to function on all major browsers. I'm sick of losing a half-day progress due to crashes and no autosaves.

Ok, i passed t5p10 with poison, slowly but i've done it and even open next challenge.
Notimes i can't finish whie cube chal and broken chal to 50/50 as t5 is too hard, but i can't see how i can improve.
Ok, i was happy to start new open challenge (and no chal for helper helper yet). I even read guide on wiki, but. The aim is t4p10. Wtf? I passed to t2 with 10k cubes it's not a problem at all. But new tier is speed reset and higher prices for it to buy again. Erm. It is not looks like it can be done. And chal says t4p10, really?
I need some feedback if i don't see smth and just mistake or is it really broken?

Mb smth is broken for me but. I get helper helper at low prestige tree and now i am at max tree on tier5 levels and there is no challenge to get 2nd slot. Ok, mb it's only for donate?
I stuck for tier5 phase5 for really long time. I can't improve my max attack or icome more, i was staying for days to improve multipliers a bit to mb improve dmg/income or mb not. Then with some these little steps i moved to t5p10 and it was deadline for me. I started farming items again and again and now result.
All this time i have maxed prestige, i got billions of points to spend nowhere.

Dev: when you download and reload progress (i use it to switch computers), there is no offline progress, it starts as soon as it was saved even if real time has passed. It would be nice if there was a timestamp or something so I could load it and have some offline progress as well.

If any of you remember, I would like to ask you to improve your game. How many tier and phase were you when you got the helper helper skill? If anyone remembers, I would appreciate a reply.

@forhekset : what is likely happening is the game isn't properly accessing the data file and when the game crashes the data file for the game gets corrupted because it's still open. I've seen a few idle games with this problem and it's simply bad file handling on the part of the devs.

Yes its only this game. And I've never once been able to idle over night or while at work. The game is in its own window and nobody touches my computer all day. It has never once idled for more than a few hours without crashing.

Yeah something needs to be done. The constant crashes make it so that it isn't an idle game. The auto save being corrupted so I need to constantly actively save. The discord lagging the game.. its a lot of things. Even on zero cube performance mode. Its like its still building each block x10k or 10m or whatever. The inner blocks need to be removed as more blocks are built around them.

i use opera gx browser.
i had only 2 crashes and normally i dont have crashes.
i did not change any cookie settings.

this may be pointless, since i dont know how to code, :)
but it seems to me that the performance issue has to do with a forced fps.
because even when now new cubes are added to the main cube, it still laggs the game. so its not the graphic effects from placing them.
the pirture doesnt even change. and still it creates lag.
so perhaps it gets solved by just lowering the fps?

@KeeperBvK: the 1M bar triggers certain equipment (poison, damage and cube gain) when it fills up. It fills up every time a cube is generated and gets faster as you go through tiers.

the game crashes the browser rarely, but regularly.
just lost half a day of progress, because i dint save for half a day..

@Crishall: Chat is controlled by Kongregate, not individual games. Also it's easy to collapse the chat by clicking on the "x" button on the bottom right.

Perhaps map the tile images onto a texture as the structure gets plotted to reduce drawing calls. The performance mode is a solid kludge in the interim.

my best suggestion for the discord interruption would be to display the messages simply in the background color.
not in a selectable overlayed box.
then if we want to react, we can simply click the discord button. it doesnt make it harder to react. it doesnt interrupt the game by having to open/close the chat box quick every 30 seconds. :)

Make a way to hide the chat or disable it. having random bot chat overflow on the screen made me rate this game 1 star. i will change my rating once this is fixed. very annoying.

not sure how to reply to my previous comment, but for other idle games such as NGU idle it does autosave, this game is the only one i've had troubles with for autosave

Reminder of great game!!! And of course more QoL suggessions:
- Make game run on background!!!! This is a must!!!
- Sell/Break items to get something in change?
- x10/Max upgrade on helpers?

Tip: if you don't have two equipment slots for helpers, you can take back your prestige points you spent on the helper helper once you have enough prestige to get one of the nodes below it. eventually it won't make much difference but when you are on tier 5 it could mean having an extra node that is actually useful.

Yeah auto save doesn't work on chrome. If i reload my game after it crashes, also, doesn't idle for long periods, or in another window or tab or behind another window or tab. Can't save locally more than once per reload. Which means I have to locally save, then reload the game, then load my local save every time. Incredibly tedious.

Is your security software preventing you from saving the file?
