They will always combine to the lowest point, then to the left. That means they will combine to the right if the lowest point is to the right of the object.

Seriously needs some more powerups, or at least make the ones they have more common. Also, some ideas for more powerups:
Algorithm: Sorts all the blocks within a 4 block square.
Empty Trash: Destroys all blocks of the type it lands on.
Plus if you want to see these too!

Took me a very long time to realize what was actually going on. Once I did, I realized what a great idea it was. Excellent job. 5/5

Do you wonder how the score is calculated? I learned that. You actually do not get points for combining items but for dropping them For bit you get 1 point, for bug 3 points, for virus 9 points, illegal software 27, folder 81 etc. Each time it is multipled by 3. For combo, the ammount of score from the turn where the combo was made, is multiplied by the number of combo. Pe. I drop diskette and virus with 3x combo. I get 2187 for diskette and 9 for virus, this makes 2196 points. This ammount is multiplied with combo. 2196*3=6579 points from this turn. All scores from items are here: http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/7060/digitalupgradeguide.png

Got two computers. Had a third one. Could connect a few things to make a third computer. I was getting my camera to take a picture of it. When I was getting up my elbow hit the down button. I am now writing this two days later. I had stopped crying long enough.

addicted to this game for the last week, my ideal combos filling my mind while i tried to sleep, just got my first internet, broke 1,000,000, placed 6th on all time leaderboard.
pathetic but proud. hopefully the end of my insomnia :P
needs an easy mode for beginners with larger grid i think

@najata the game has been modified to work with kong's API and having badges and the in game achievement screen seems wrong to me lol. and I thought putting in badges would be on my part but I was wrong lol.

Very good puzzle game, addictive and challenging. Should definitely get a hard/imp badge for all in game achievements (or just the one after LCD screen, which I have yet to get, for it pretty much encompasses all the others.) Immensely challenging at the higher levels, but not so much as to deter the player. Out of curiosity: What happens after matching three LCD screens, does a "world" appear and you can keep playing? Or is the game done? And if you keep playing what happens after you clear 3 "worlds"? Are they just removed from the board?

This is probably the game where I can see defeat coming the farthest away and yet still play hard, believing I can last longer. I am rarely correct.

I think the only thing keeping this from being hella great is the lack of pieces that can work your way back down. Like a piece that destroys all of a type. The row killer is actually kinda bad since it only destroys pieces that you mean to have on top. And having a level one green piece show up super late is just total blockage death. Matching a certain number of a piece could disable it forever or something.

its not about having good or bad luck, you WILL have bad luck. this game is about having the skills to deal with the bad luck.

Also, some way to make the response to the down key quite so...quick. I have ruined so many good games by holding down the down key for a fraction of a second too long. Maybe make a timeout on the downkey for a second or two after using it?

i always get the powerups at the beginning, when they're worthless. and then when i'm thinking, "cm'on, trogan, trogan, trogan... NOOOOOO!" i get nothing

so what happens if you get the globe? I assume there is no such thing as an ending, since those high scores show exceedingly large numbers. But really, no ending?

I can't get past the CD either. I had 2 of them on top of eachother, then two diskette's on top of that, and one circuit board on top of that. If I had gotten two more circuit boards i would have made it to the next wich I think (Judging by the picture) is a USB.

Well... put it this way: I used to sit and play freecell and minesweeper while I listen to music.. Now I play this and listen to music. I can't think of a higher praise. I wouldn't mind the field being a bit larger, but I suppose that's the challenge. Maybe for a sequel add a puzzle mode where you have to figure out how to drop the pieces to chain react to a single piece. 5/5 <3
