the food puzzle was the most challenging to me, kept trying to find a food on each line that started the same.. lol didn't like how i kept missing stuff on the screen because i was busy reading the slow text...loved hte music, and the block old style animation

At the end..what a twist!(If you don't mind me asking, how did you come up with that twist? I liked it a lot. :3) I didn't expect that. I am ever so eager to play chapter 2.

Brilliant puzzles. Too many puzzles in point-and click games just amount to finding objects or clicking around the room enough until you activate then.
These were good challenges. I felt real validation solving these. And they weren't too difficult either.

Crazily beautiful game with immensely satisfying and scene-appropriate music. Perfect puzzles that were not too difficult nor too easy (usually) and gave a sense of accomplishment when you completed them, instead of feeling like you were playing a pixel hunt or guess-and-check game. I loved it!

The typewriting text could go a little faster. I end up staring at the bottom waiting for it to crawl along and then miss details happening on screen.

Ok, here are general hints for the answers, as some can be solved by brute force: 1. Something's flashing! 2. Read the words of the letter very carefully. 3. What creates darkness? 4. The 2 refers to digits. 5. There is soup on the table.
