Just asking, what is the best way to get the Blob Naturalist Badge (first medium badge). I have 7 beastiary entries but I need 10.

I feel that you should be able to get new weapons, such as a katana that attacks faster, a hammer or pickaxe that can hurt grinders when they are not in their molten stage, or a spear that gives you a longer reach, but smaller attack arc, stuff like that. other than that, I love this game, will always be one of my favorites

This is definitely an Occam's Razor sort of game. The simplest, fastest solution is the best one. Splatting glooples is the only scoring means of disposal, but there are several safer, non-scoring means that are easy to perform given the right circumstances. Torchie? Make it run off-screen. Queen? Run her over with a grinder. Amalgam? Freeze and break. You might not get any points, but THESE are the solutions that will keep you alive.

A tip for the razor queen:
try using a box gun and place it in a corner, and a reactive armor, and hit her until it dies, you can hit her during the bite atack, and you will get the razor glaive, the most amazing sword, cloud would like this one XD
and if you met her go to practice and select her, and in the tip screen press right click to press back, and in the main menu press nest, after that press rigth click and forward, and press a nest and you can fight the queen again

Great game, really love it. Green glooples SUCK! P.S.: To splat the boulders, use something to destroy their "armor" (e.g. grenade, make them run into an insta wall, 2 boulders hitting eachother) and slice them 5 times, or use another special. To kill a Horror, you have to get far away to make it split, then slash it while it's vulnerable. Void Eaters, anything goes, as long as it doesn't kill you first.

I finally come back on this game after years,and then I remember "oh god,I remember that this game has incredibly hard achievements and the boss-type glooples are incredibly hard to kill!"
But that's why I like it,it takes the piss because it knows you can get that ONE achievement one day but that day is always years away.

a algun hispanohablante muy perezoso como para matar dos veces a la razor queen, no tienen que hacerlo: hay un bug. cuando la veas por primera vez, deja que te mate, y pone rematch. si la matas esta vez, ganas: -medalla por matarla una vez -(el bug) medalla por matarla dos veces-llave especial por matarla dos veces.
ah, y si alguno de ustedes sabe ingles lo suficientemente bien como para avisr al creador del juego sobre este bug, estaria agradecido de que lo hicieran ;)

This game is sooo sick, I played it a couple years ago but I just started playing it again. It's an inspiration to me as a developer. Up there with Geometry Wars on the xbox.

When i began playing i started just standing there and letting them join or breed and i was amazed at how many combinations there were

@Axerer Actually, you unlock the 2nd slot when you get 55 awards and the 3rd when you get all the awards. The 3rd slot will be kinda useless though, as when you finally get it you will have already finished the game

OH! Spoilerish alert! the razor queen can come at the end of any nest, i found her on the smallest nest and promptly screamed and died

The enemy variety is great (The enemies are also very innovative. I've never seen, in any other game, an enemy that can spit out its own babies that stick to you and slow you down, then grow up after you shake then off... and I've played a lot of games.) and the difficulty ramp is perfectly balanced... controls are easy and intuitive, graphics.. well, graphics could use a little work. (But hey, graphics don't make a game, now do they?) Oh, and this game is funny. The humor in the award descriptions is awesome! Now, for ideas for any kind of sequel you make (which you SHOULD!!!): RPG elements, or at least different weapons.... Sick of the pseudo-Buster Sword, anyone? How about a hammer? Or a ranged weapon? Maybe a story mode too, because judging by some of the stuff I've read in-game, this seems to take place in a world where some weird virulent life-form is infesting the planet....

oh, also with the purple guys, if you shake and move around, they get flung off. but yeah, try to avoid them, kill them, or get a hazmat suit and they dont stick

the purples come off you in a little bit but you should slice them while there flying at you or get run out of the way
