The only reason why this game is so underrated because it is a blatant advertisement for Toyota, especially for its Prius line. I would give it 5 stars for a normal Fantastic Contraption game, but I give it 3/5 stars. I don't want to disrespect the Fantastic Contraption series, but I don't want to support this advertisement at the same time.

all the companies that want to advertise on the internet should just show a 1 second ad that says, Pepsi, Toyota, Etc., bought this ad, and your not gonna have to watch it. that would be an advertisement

How does this game calculate efficiency? Apparently a vehicle that is built of an insane number of solar panels is much more efficient than one that uses nothing but gravity. Total propaganda! Shame on the developers for making a "physics" game based on "green" hype!

Oi infinity this is good for many reasons; 1. level editor is free 2. its FC for christ sake Etc. . But come on thats your comp screwing the energy thing.

love the first FC, enjoy FC2, but this is dumb. The energy bar just annoys me. It does nothing (good or bad) and no matter how many solar panels I use (or don't use) it just depleats immediately. What is the point? That, and horrifyingly obtrusive advertising ruins what was already a great game on it's own.

Gimmicky... the original game was awesome, and this one would be fine if it wasn't for the blatant and sickening publicity and the poorly integrated solar panels. Problems with the solar panels: a) They make wood completely pointless, b) the efficiency doesn't really matter in the end, and c) even if it did, you can just dump a couple of solar panels, don't even need to be connected to the machine.

Sheesh, fail... If you need energy, just build the thing and then cram as many solar panels as you can into the remaining space. Problem solved, this game is worse then the prequel.

Here's the thing. Take out the prius ads and say you have to connect solar panels to the thing, and you actally have a DECENT GAME

No reset button? Deleting my crappy creations is boring.
Plus, all that Toyota advertising made me gag. These sell out flash games annoy me. Put ads in if you must, but not make the same game as before, with a few graphic updates and maybe some new features and market it as a whole new game. Boring!

i hade it that when i load a lvl i get another one it even happends at my levels so.. btw is it rly that the prius turns when you stick your arm out the window?

to solve the mouse wheel zoom in and outs simply click on the zoom in or out button at the top right when making a contraption O...O

I have a problem with the mouse wheel zoom feature. The game doesn't prevent the browser from taking input, so I scroll up and down the page when I want to change the zoom level. The buttons work fine, of course, but isn't convenience the whole point of hotkeys?

... i love preius...and this game...and the music is much better than the first ones...so much so id like to get the music track as 30 minute long track for my i pod so i can play while i do various things..making me feel much more awesome.
