This is as close to perfect as a TD has ever been for me. The little changes are brilliant, and exactly what was missing from the original. Fantastic - I really hope to see others coming out in the future, with more skills, and maybe even more turret upgrades, or even if they're feeling like going crazy a new path. Literally the only thing this is missing is Kongragate achievements, but for once, that's not as big a deal in this case. :)

what's the difference between this one and the last one? Well, achievements. I beat the game at level 26 except one achievements which is the upgrade of all skills. It's kinda dump. I ain't keep playing the same level again and again just to get one achievement. Pfft. I thought it would be some great changes

chilling towers seem to lose all their orbs on upgrading, however, burning temples' cooldown time (they need to "cool down", indeed) resets on upgrading, thus allowing you to engage 2 immediate blasts with good timing. couldn't find another "bug", one of the best games, 5/5. :)

If I'm not mistaken, crypts used to charge all of their shots when you manually sent in a wave, this no longer seems to be the case. I don't see why this was removed.

Have to agree with Rannen in that, though crypts are normally better in most levels, there are a few cases later on where Fire temples placed in the towers are key to managing stealth waves. Level 15 is really the only level I had issues with but swapping moderately exp'ed fire temples in the towers were exactly what was required to beat the wave 40 bottle neck. Keep in mind they need to be high level to be worth a darn hehe.

Crypt-fear tree is better than mana-draining tree, if you just plant a tower on all the mana pool spots you'll get plenty of mana to afford the upgrades... I normally have 1000g left and enough towers completely upgraded for Brilliant ratings... and you only need 15 points in the Orc tree to get the extra gem, money for cutting down trees, and less mana cost... then spend 5 points in demon tree on the very first skill for 25% extra xp, spend the rest on the Undead tree so you can get the extra XP n Fear for crypts... and the bigger mana pool n faster mana gain. After that spend some more points for the better Meteor so you can get Brilliant rating on all levels (if you don't already have them.)

Put crypts at the end of the lvl, and one or two of those demon towers at the beginning... u'll pwn those Ninja's by getting them into invis at the beginning and killing them at the end.

achiments need to do one of 3 things
1) give bonus xp
2) give and addoitional skill point
3) have there own abilities, e.g. ugprade 500 towers and all upgrade costs are decreased. kill the ninja boss and smoke bombs last for a second less etc.

I really liek this game. And I like the level pack. It is greater than a sequel with more towers and new skills n stuff. This game has just a few towers, and this is a point why it is so great. You can figure out tactics and an own play-style without being distracted by 123 unnecessary towers and skills.

Decent level pack. Would have preferred a longer one with a higher degree of difficulty. Not alot of strategy required in this one.

Really cool, I would like to see another map pack, more upgrades, new types of towers, and then a cool story line all put together into one game. You could have a campaign mode with over 50 levels and a cool story line to go with it, how awesome would that be? A level creator would also be cool. 5/5 for the awesome edition to an already awesome game.

This is not that fair for other developers, level packs should not be able to win prizes the developer should make a sequel instead of just more levels because thats all it is, more levels.

If you press the attack button to instantly send the next wave you lose out on 50%when of your mana regeneration over that time period compared to high or slow speed... (% lost for players who upgrade the mana extraction skill varies. this was experimental data collected without the mana extraction skill) Unfortunately it seems like being unable to press the attack button breaks the game for people who cut trees for an income :( [+] to let people know!
