I think the aiming works how it is - hard at first, better with more strength. I wish there was a high score system/achievements, and I hate that I have all this extra XP at the end of the game - moar upgrades!

Game would be awesome is aiming is fixed. Period. It can have same physics as currently but hitboxes of enemies are so wrong. Every 3-5 shots hit directly into the small green running thing doesn't count as hit. Which is really annoying.

Enjoyable graphics, some nice music, overall pretty decent game if a bit easy though, beat the game with plenty of experience to spare and fully maxed out two different characters. Achilles had the more satisfying animations in my opinion.
My only real complaint? Not going to the other site to try the 3rd character, sorry. Games posted on Kongregate shouldnt be limited, thats just silly. However i understand it brings in advertising revenue. Still there should be a better way than limiting games uploaded to Kongregate.

There are a lot of good things about this game, however the negatives ultimately make it too frustrating for repeated play. The frequently mentioned aiming is the biggest setback. Because of this, it makes getting all three bonuses extremely hard on lower levels, and well nigh impossible on later levels. The result is you don't get enough points to level up skills quickly enough to be able to mount much of a defense. The game makes a lot of points about Achilles being the superior hero, but his damage is low and spears harder to aim so Hercules is really the only choice if you want to advance. With a few tweaks I would rate this higher, but it looks like this game has been presented here "as is" and I'm guessing any suggestions will likely not be incorporated into the game by the developer. Which is too bad.. maybe a second edition?

Terrible aiming. Maybe give it like a line showing where the projectile is going to that it is easier? but great concept

Okay, sweet enough game for 5/5. A little challenging because of the controls, but fun nonetheless. Nice storyline and great graphics. keep in mind the controls for the next game, otherwise, pure greatness.

after a while you kinda get used to the crappy controls, but I'm on the last level and have EVERYTHING upgraded and still can't win. Maybe I chose the wrong hero or the wrong special power? Kinda frustrating but might try again tomorrow.

Hmmmm..... i think theres a slight problem with the collision sizes of certain monsters like the imps I noticed that sometimes if you throw your spear under their heads itll sometimes miss

can you add like support tower or support heroes just to slow enemies or poison enemies?? and add enemies like hydras,arcues,cerebrues or phoenix rider

This game is very fun, i try each hero with different possibilities, and it just gets better. Game is great with the way it is, but if u add a campaign i think the game would be one of the most popular.

I really don't like that you can't redo previous levels. This makes the difficulty of the game very unforgiving. You have to get perfect in every level and know exactly what upgrades to get when in order to have a fun time in this game. Because of that I'm giving this game a low score. If that was fixed then the aiming would be forgiven and this game would have a chance to win the week.

i really like the game, but the throwing mechanism really turns me off. its kinda hard to estimate where a throw is going to land.

blessing of hephastus of achilles is the most imba,
achilles spear's weakness is lacking speed/multi of perseus or damage/bulkness of hercules, but the flame upgrade give it ridiculous amount of damage and splash that is way stronger than anything from perseus or hercules

Again either make the aiming easier or make the game more forgiving (in other words, let us replay levels to get more experience).

the lvl where there is only land guys and tons of weak guys and several gordans is impossable, the weaks block the gordans so u cant kill them

Really like the game :P. For part 2 add more heroes or make a jump and run spin off. and there are quite a few badges that can be made.

Would love a aiming arc ala Bowmaster prelude, also there is a horrible hang when you complete the level and the upgrade screen loads
