Im not getting stars from the last level (the dark tower) Not even one star. I beat the boss and got the Linirea defender badge, So obviously I beat it, But its not giving me even one star when I still had 19 lives left. Makes it impossible to get the last badge since I cant unlock heroic/iron.

Margoth, you still need to change your strategy. Ogres are rather easy to kill as they have no armor and a low speed so they shouldn't be getting through. Tell me, were the Ogres accompanied by Shaman or any other dangerous enemies?

@Kelenestus- Thank you for your comment, your opinion is duly noted. Clearly you didn't read my entire post. I said nothing of Blocking them. Next time please read the whole post before interjecting your opinion.

If there is ever another update, may I suggest something? Priority on towers: Last vs first, strong vs weak, fast vs slow, high vs low concentration of enemies, armor type, etc...

@Margoth- Ogres are not meant to be blocked. Obviously if your strategy is not working then you gotta change it. In any case, Ogres are easy

I don't like how they make enemy ogres that can one shot all of my Soldiers, and even with them being pounded on by 3 level 2 Mage Towers, 2 Level 2 Archer Towers and 2 Level 2 Barracks AND summoning reinforcements and casting Meteor they still walk right past everything and kill you....

Aye would like to throw my 2 cent's in. Great game. Needs a 2x or 3x button for speed. Wish the meelee tower was a wee bit more effective.

There should be a number 2 and in it there should be full screen and new monsters. Also maybe play as the attacker? That would be cool.

and1253: You should put a Artillery Tesla tower (fully upgraded) with a Archer Ranger tower (root upgrade only). This will slow the skeletons and do a huge splash damage over them.
