I don't want to have to buy a premium membership in order to start my own games, I got the making map one, and didn't have an issue, but I, and many others, would appreciate it if it was changed back to where we can start games with out having to pay money, this game started out free, and i would hate to see it progress to being one you pay to play over time

I really like this game. Its so satsifying when you actually finish a big game with actual teamwork, no whiny people, and ranking up with proudness.

CreepytunaCx, please know that you're not alone. I believe that every players need to have fair set-up to this game, so that we can invest, study, and observe more about the map itself. For example, I do not appreciate how premium members can open private map to themselves to enjoy, while more than 10 people in the lobby are waiting for any map to pop up, when they were less educated about the particular map. It's also unfortunate for normal players to not have ANY chance to have fun with their own favorite map!

Great game. Only played the tutorial so far, but the dev's definitely brought a refreshing spin on the classic risk game. It's a bit more advanced and realistic. I do have 1 complaint so far, why can't I sell units? Even if I don't get money back for selling them, but at least to avoid the drain on my income.
This has been requested a few times - never got around to do it. Perhaps we'll add it in one of the upcoming updates. At the moment the only solution is to send your units on "suicide missions" :)

one thing I would like in this game is unit REDUCTION. Once I'm very low on money, I need to regain it fast! There are troop expences right? Well, why not reduce your military to reduce your spending. That would be great!

1 of the best games i have ever played because of they need to balance your economy and the action of fighting with your troops which was truly never emphasized in the original Risk games!! thank your for creating such a great game i really wish there was more games like this but its unique in a good way :)

Really good game but the only problem I have is when you go into full screen you cant type in chat but other than that it is a very good game.

This is the best game on Kong and it has so much room for improvement. You could make a map of the individual states of the Sengoku era of Japan. You could do the Romance of the Three Kingdoms period. You could do North VS South for the battle of America! I really hope you keep on building on this game as you have made a strong foundation and the only way to go is up!

Two ideas... an option to keep the unit icons onscreen, that appear when I hover over a city. That way I can see my overall forces at a glance. Another idea would be... seasons! That make movement and attack more difficult in winter and easier in the summer. Alternating north/south hemispheres. Thanks for the great game!
First idea is pretty good, we will seriously consider how it might be implemented. Seasons, on the other hand, won't really add much to the gameplay (IMO), and will just create more confusion and unnecessary complexity.

Maybe developers can make maps more focus on an area like the 50 states or something so we can make senarios for Korean War, Vietnam, Civil war, Revolutionary war, Persian war, Pelopnisian war, and all those other wars that take place in only 2 or 1 country.

I agree about late joiners. We often you get worn down by war. I have finally defeated someone in the USA only to have them rejoin in a neighboring region and kill me.

Such a great game, best on Kongregate, has a great base and there is room for improvemet also! In my humble opinion the movement engine needs to be tweaked so a player that moves his units super quickly doesnt have an advantage over a player that takes longer to straategize. Ive helped to develop several games and i know that re writing code and beta testing it while keeping the main servers up is not fun. So kudos on this game, its only up from here!
Thanks! We do have plenty of options for people who don't like to make turns super fast and prefer to take their time to strategize. Games with 5+ minute turns and casual games (12-24 hour turns) should do the trick.

@Tactoerminator To give a little refute, I want to say that the upgrades can become crucial to the accessibility of the gameplay. For example, upgrades can strengthen the specific type of troop or ability, but can also give access to the specialized unit. What this means, is that the premium player can expand AND strengthen the strategy and unit, which can overrun a normal player in a single or multiple circumstance/s. This can't be considered as fair balance, since giving more advantage to an opponent actually affects the gameplay itself. All the chance and power must be equally distributed at the first place, in order to judge it as a player's skill, not the player's money.

Huh, its been 2 years now since this game was released. Still a well populated game, has very nice gameplay, such a great strategy game. But why? WHY DID THE DEVELOPER STOP LISTENING TO US!!! You probably still are but, I haven't seen any updates to this game in a LONG LONG time. All I wish for now is, please keep updating this game. Soon it'll end up like Step Seq. with quickfingerz moving on to different games and not fixing his older ones and abandones his people. (No offense quickfingerz) But my point is, don't abandon us...please

I like this game ad all but I hate how ever passing day you have to pay to do things. eez up and make it to here its like ever week you get protocoins and you get to have more effects in map editor and things like that for premium members. I get it you want to make money but eez up seriously. I been thinking about quitting this game because its getting less and less fun ever day because you have to pay to do ever thing.

Maybe there should be something called a map editor where you can draw country borders and put in cities. This way it will make games more interesting and give the developers a break from making new maps. It will also help the ideas of making maps like Pangaea, civil wars, revolutionary wars, wars in very small spaces like vietnam or korea, persian war, maybe even make things like zombie towns or sea battles where instead of pacfic but actual placed island people design. It will add creativity and fun to the game plus people can show off their artwork.

This is one of those games I've been waiting for for awhile. Its large scale (if you want it to be) with many players and great tactics. But theres only one thing, why cant you create your own scenario with the points to buy upgrades?

Blackbaron, the infantry are almost twice as numerous as your tanks and specialize in defense, what did you expect? As for realism, it is a game, like Risk. It is not a super accurate battle sim.

Naval Commander is great for countries like, Aussie, New Zealand, Japan, or other island/major coastal cities. But its pretty much useless in a place like Germany, U.S, China, Russia.

It may only have a few game plays and not much of a small community compared to how great the game this is, but it just seems so much of a good game that most of us can agree that this is the best game of Kongregate or one of the best with a 4.17 rating!

Idea: give non-premium members the option to vote for a map they really want, based on the ten top used most recent maps (excluding world). If it gets half the votes, it gets put up with the highest rank who voted for it as host.
