I can't imagine that the developers didn't catch flak from the testers about putting the 'attack' button next to the 'throw weapon irretrievably off the edge of the screen' button. Did they manage to convince themselves this was challenging rather than simply frustrating? Or did they blow their budget on voice-overs and skip testing? The miscreant sadist who designed the keyboard controls should be confined to working on bosses: he has a gift for villainy.

Bosses that are easy but take forever to beat, can't move through levels easily because they freeze progression with encounters that require the death of even the smallest enemy (Who might be really far away), and levels that are absolutely full of bushes that damage you when you touch them.
This is the worst game of this genre I have ever seen.
I guess playing Dust kind of spoiled me, but still, 1/5.

4/10. Graphics are simplistic but good. Effort has clearly gone into the storyline, although it is a bit lacking. There is very little to explain hp, stamina and rage as well as bonus weapon damage, though these are easy to figure out. Small hidden gems are a nice touch, makes it worth taking the time to clear up even when full hp rage and stamina. However gameplay is poor, combat is slow, laggy and stamina takes far too long to recuperate, thus cuasing the game to basically become run for your life for 20 seconds whilst your stamina recuperates. Some traps are placed far too close together, cuasing you to just bounce between them and die. I appreciate the extra work gone into the traps, enemies an weapons varying the game. Increase the stamine recuperation rate and i would say it's a solid 8/10. Until that its almost unplayable after about the third level (in my opinion).

Figured out the trick to the boss riding the tusked boar. But the amount of damage you do is so ridiculously small, I don't have the patience to sit here all day trying desperately not to get killed while doing the first attack so I can land a few more for such a measly amount of damage.
Make the damage from the initial attack more significant, cuz right now it looks like it'll take something like 12 passes and with how much damage that boar does and dodging being a huge pain, that's pretty ridiculous IMO.

zombie boss defeat: pick up fruit. throw it to zombie. then pick up your weapon and hit him fast while he is eating. When he jump up then run on any corner. he start to run on you. do high jump to jump over him and throw another fruit etc...

You can change the controls by pressing the button right of Larry's health bar. Go to settings and from there you can customize the controls. Rate this up so others can see.

Hmm. The game is trying to be funny and lighthearted, which is fine, but it makes the combat system much more complicated than a "funny" game warrants.

On the level just before the first boss fight I accidentally dropped my sword and was forced to walk through the next level (I couldn't go back) Now I can't win the battle because I'm being overpowered by gnomes and I have no sword.

Gameplay, In my opinion, is almost flawless. Aside from a few minor glitches and the occasional difficulty spike, very good. The story is good and humorful, and has cheats for beating the game for greater replay value
(Yeah, so they're only on newgrounds. Go play on newgrounds.). To come to a conclusion, 5/5.

Badges broken. No way I got through all of Act 1 without killing 25 gnomes (reported on the badge as 0 gnomes), and I definitely remember killing at least 5 while enraged (each time).

Awesome game but the boar riding gnome is to much of a grind.
Game killer there. Not complaining about the toughness but after like 30 min my max dam on him was mere 20%. p.s. Love Jazzs explanation on them bugs., ya right.

Not the worst game, but it is too easy. The game just throws groups of enemies at you that you can easily beat by just tapping S

I gave this one out of five, and I don't care if people downvote this comment for it. The extent of difficulty is to throw a mob of enemies at you. It's not funny, but riddled with joke attempts. Lack of subtitles is a problem. Glitches are rampant. Besides, you can lose a whole level's progress if you don't realize you need to jump over a hole in the map, and that's stupid. 1/5.

Something the instructions don't make clear is that for the sprint you have to hold the key down on your second hit otherwise it won't work.

@daexion I dealt with the large amount of mobs just fine. If I get in trouble, then I use Rage since it prevents knockdowns. @badplanman8 @NeliV There is another way to hurt the third boss. You can throw the fruit and vegetables at him to stun him for a limited time.

gave up after trying to jump the barrier in the tutorial for 5min, can't jump any higher with a double tap or a running start, horrible design, I thought this game was about fighting, I didn't even get to the first fight.

The game just stalls out when it pits you against a mob that seemingly cannot be killed. I personally don't find it fun or amusing to deal with infinite sized spikes in game difficulty like that. "Oh, you like killing mobs? Here's one that is next to impossible to kill without redoing it hundreds of times ad nauseum!"

Level 7... jumped over a spinning blades and got killed by landing in a bush which knocked me into another bush which knocked me back to the first bush. Then some poison moths showed up. You know, so I would die faster.
