also, buy 1k bees option is set to price of buying all at 1 bee price. should probably be calculated as if buying them incrementally.

possibly make it more bee harvester, you can collect honey and sell it, have many bee boxes (multiple queens, they dont play nice in the same box) so multi layers and multi boxes. Name it Apiary instead. Just my 2 cents, at its current state it seems kinda lacking on progression/"upgrades"

I don't know if this is a sideeffect from the previous version but the game seems way too fast. I'm basically clicking 'New Layer' + 'Buy 1000 Bees' + 14*'Buy Upgraded Cell'... repeat. After around 30 minutes of idling. Is this intended?!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I hope that this makes sense. Perhaps you could add a separate page that has a new bee hive on it every 50 levels and each hive breaks down in to individual levels so that you can go back and upgrade ones that you didn't fully upgrade before. Each full bee hive grants a queen or something like that.
Hover over amounts for stuff that you can afford would be good also.

please put when you reset for prestige what do you win with that cause i dont know if i should reset or not cause i have no information (sorry for my english i'm learning)

I am quite happy with the current update and really glad you, the developer, took the time out to listen to us. There is only one thing I am having a bit of a problem with; I now have a ridiculous amount of cash and there is no way i can upgrade enough to keep pace with it. If possible it would be amazing to implement a way to upgrade everything all at one with one or two clicks. Like a new layer with 1k bees and fully upgraded already. Or a fully upgraded new layers and we can just keep clicking the add 100 bees button, but the first option would suit my cash level much better, which is so high it would take me many many hours to just sit there upgrading my layers while earning no cash during that time except layer bonus.

Thank you for listening and making the latest changes! Perhaps you could make a "Add upgraded layer" button, wich add a layer full of upgraded cells?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The "add an upgraded cell" doesn't automatically change the first cell of a new layer to upgraded so you need to click it manually to do upgrade it. I'm probably being super nit picky but I figure I'd say it.

While capacity 5 filled max two times, capacity 1 filled 3 times. The harvest value of the former is 160 and the latter is 140, so not upgrading the capacity is good way!! Please make "upgrade all except capacity" button!!

- Adding a layer with all stuff takes too much time. You have to click 15 times to add 15 cells. I have enough money to buy many layers at once, but I have to do it one by one adding each cell separately. I'd like to add a fully upgraded layer by one click. Or even many layers with one click.
- when I add layer and all upgraded cells - the 1st cell remains not upgraded and I have to go back and upgrade it separately
BTW: do I have any profit from layers but the top one? If I buy 3 layers one by one - is there a difference if I upgrade 2 first or not?
I'll see what I can do. Upgrading your cells before adding a new layer will increase your layer bonus quite a bit. Layer bonus is cumulative, so it'll increase with each layer. Thanks for the feedback!

would be nice to see what an upgrade is going to cost before you can afford it. This allows you to plan what you are doing vs just waiting and hoping that it will eventually light up.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I don't really see why adding a new layer is worth it. Maybe if you add 10+ layers but that only does a small amount of money compared to just adding more bees...

+1 for bee queen idea (dunno who got it, but good job) ; Thanks to TableApple about his explanation. If you add Queen bee, why not make it with the "diamond honey" ?

Need faster way to upgrade cells, and also some sort of visual cue to show what cells need upgrading, what level cells are at in the three attributes, etc.
Interesting and compelling concept, though. What are bees for? I forgot already, but I guess I'll buy some. (Achievement, yeah, but anything else?)
Bees increase fill rate and harvest value for ALL cells (current layer). Next update will show more info about cells, bees, layers, layer bonus etc. I appreciate the feedback!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Someone suggested a Queen Bee to increase harvest percentage, but if you wanted to be more accurate, (and more incremental) a Queen Bee should produce bees per second (probably just 1).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Would be nice if there were a stat showing what your current layer's bonus will be before you get the next layer. Also maybe a stat showing overall layer bonus.

Capacity seems to be a downgrade. A cell with max everything, diamond honey, and 1 bee gets $160 per fill. A cell with everything except capacity gets $140 per fill, but seems to fill up nearly 1.5x as often. That means I'm actually making about 31% more money per second without upgrading capacity. Having more bees actually makes low-capacity cells even better. With 51 bees, the cells would get $210/$190 with and without capacity. The faster speed makes the low-capacity cells about 35.7% more efficient at that point.

nice game but i got cramps from too much clicking of each and every cell.. gaining money is much faster than me upgrading..
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
needs a way to cycle through layers.. i didnt fully upgrade the last one before i clicked to get a new layer.. so am losing out on money p/s majorly

so does prestige do anything? because its a pretty disappointing to get to level 100 hoping for a prestige system only to be told its just a reset button :/
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Sorry, but your user interface is terrible. So much clicking to selecting things, changing menus etc.. Also, no visual feedback about selected cells or what is upgraded and stuff. The graphic is very pleasing and the idea is nice (although a bit "standard" with all the other idle games around).
But the user interface makes playing a chore. :(
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It seems a bit too easy. At 5th layer and now is really boring and repetitive: NEW LAYER -> Buy 100 bees -> buy 15 cells -> full upgrade -> NEW LAYER :(
Suggestions:
1) increasing cell upgrade cost for every cell
2) Each new layer increase cell upgrade costs
3) Bees more useful. Maybe 1% income each ?
Good work, anyway!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
eh... right. take this is an inspiration of how to improve:
a) so what the bees actually do? Upgraded all cells, getting around 150 per cell (around 15 cells). Bee seem to increase the value by a fraction, i missed something about them. I.e. after buying a bee i get 151 or so money. How can i re-read what bees do?
b) bought a layer. Says i get money per sec, but i don't actually get that. I only get money for only what the current layer has. (I think it was mentioned in help, but wasnt very clear).
3) upgrading each cell indiviually is boring (even with 'all') button.
Idea looks interesting, keep upgrading, should evolve into a good game.

The achievement for 6k layers is impossible unless there would be an easier, maybe even automatic, system to do that.

holy crap... i think that was the worst english text i wrote in over 10 years... xD *votes for answer and edit function on Kong comments*

ok... i did read the tutorial.. yet i forgot what fact... why you i buy new layers again...? It seems like my previous cells are destroyed/deleted upon buying a new layer o.o
