I feel like luck should be a factor but it shouldn't be so strong that a high ranked soldier in the army is defeated by a regular one WITH NO WEAPON RANK OR TRAINING! It just doesn't matter how lucky you are because if you were in a real situation no matter how lucky you are I'm pretty sure you couldn't defeat anyone in the army who has had formal training. Especially not if you are fighting someone with the crazy weapons in this game! XD Luck does play a factor as long as you are in the same league of combat and have adequate weaponry.

5% Attack? You know what, just give us no bonus at all. We will STILL kick the other site's asses. 5% attack bonus is pathethic. Rather have a 5% coin bonus or a 15% revenge bonus.. Each other site has better equivalents of these.

I have to agree that the 0 luck thing is hurting this game. The problem is that since there is an infinite number of militia, it can be unduly risky to attack an undefended nation. In fact, it feels like attacking is rarely worth it unless the target is a serious threat because of the 0 luck problem. The rewards of coins, weapons, or turns just don't seem to cut it when it costs you a turn and possibly a weapon to replace your lost soldier, and more turns if you want to increase its rank.
I think that the game would benefit from luck going from 1 to 9. It would encourage more aggressive strategies.

God damn it! I didn't even know there was a split! Can you simply not look at allies' bases??? Why is everything attack-only?! I clicked on a fellow Kong player who showed up in my HQ, because I read some vague thing in the help about how you can contribute to others' mars missions, so I wanted to find a player with a launch pad. But when I clicked on their square, I went into fight mode! So I back out quickly, but it still counted, and then that guy and his friend ganged up on me!
ARE WE NOT ON THE SAME TEAM?! WTF! DOUBLEYOU! TEE! EFF!

Oh great. I've ticked somebody off and now he's retaliating and I have NO more turns. I'm going to get off and the next time I'm on I'll find nothing but my poor base in ruins. SAVE THE LARVAE.

Upgrade the lower level cities first. Each level of increase on a city always increases the population by 1000 (as far as I know, I have a city at level 7). The money required to upgrade also increases per level. Upgrade the lower levels first and get more money :D
