I do love these games, and the fact that they can work as a one or 2 player game. But why is there no R for restart button STILL? Pleeaese?

Easy A on lvl 9, Don't use any of the light mechanics. Just get the fire guy to move the second block below the gem, use him to get the gem, but be careful that you can still move the first block onto the button so you can finish when you've gotten the gem.

An option to redefine keys would be great, the chosen keys are conflicting on some keyboards (depending on their language I guess).

The first diamond level on the bottom right can be solved without using any of the lights. Just get fireboy to move the block until you can get the gem, then move the same block to open a path to the doors and jump on it to reach them. Even with some miss jumps, the level can be completed in less than a minute and get an A rating.

I tried to separate my brain in two, but my brain can't stop thinking that Fireboy is ASWD and Watergirl is the arrows, so i got to the conclusion that i need friends, but then i remembered, that if i had friends, maybe i wouldn't be here...

and now imagine this : when you complete story multiplayer will be unlocked if you go there you will chose level and just wait if friend/person goes to the same level as you and you will play together

Same sticky, laggy controls as Light Temple, especially problematic with jumping off of slanted surfaces - movement and jumping should be fluid, crisp and responsive, not like you're stuck in vat of molasses. It would be nice if the game clearly indicated the requirements for "A" grade in the level. The space bar sometimes exists the map, sometimes doesn't. Why not r for restart? I also don't understand why you combined a sequence puzzle game with a platform jumping game. It just ends up being annoying and repetitious to start the puzzle over due to a very easy death from a misstep or bad jump.

For those having trouble with the poorly explained A rank instructions in top comments - In the bottom right of the level select snowflake is a mouse-over option to 'Show level numbers'. Mouse over it and look for level 9 (1st diamond shape level you come across, bottom-middle-right of the snowflake). In that level, 1. use fireboy to climb the right side of the level all the way to the top and hit the switch beside the small gray block (which will in turn drop said block down). 2. Push block to where its underneath the gem and use it to jump up and get the gem. 3. Push same block down to the bottom-middle and move it onto the switch. 4. Jump off the block with FB/WG to the doors and be done right in the nick of time. Good luck!

I actually had no idea it was a two player game. That seems to be cheating to me. Or perhaps instead, extra kudos to us who do this with both hands.

if fireboy dies when he touches water and watergirl dies when she touches fire wouldn't they die every time they crossed each other?

Some of the levels are poorly designed where if you do something that isn't necessarily wrong you still have to start over and do the first tedious 4 minutes over. Also, most of it is about how well you can jump, not puzzle solving.

My keyboard doesn't allow for so many keys to be hit at once. It's absolutely impossible for me to get the medium badge for an A ranking.

Good game. The main frustration I have is, there's a huge difference between "Wow I can control both characters at once, awesome" and "FUUUUUUUUUUUU I HAVE to use BOTH HANDS at the SAME TIME?!"

Good thing most flash games are ignored by big companies, otherwise Nintendo might sue for having half of their Zelda sound files used. XD

The soonest, easiest level to get an A rank on is level 9. Have fire boy push the top right box down underneath the gem so you can grab it then onto the button on the very bottom to open the door to victory! Everything else in the level is pointless. Very easy to do in less than 1 min.

I've been looking forward to the sequel for a quite a while, and you did not disappoint. This game is truly beautiful, and adds a perfect amount of new puzzles to the two original games. I'm counting on you for a fourth. 10/10

This game is the best evidence for the fact that the human brain (or at least: the male version of it) does NOT support multitasking or hyper threating. I do not manage to controll both characters at the same time without getting totally confused! XD. But despite this: AWESOME game! Great idea! 5/5

Ha ha loved Forest temple and light temple... great puzzlers. Great job, Joliner. You just made a great contribution to the puzzle section on Kong :D

Same problem as the previous one: no custom keys = totally crappy controls as keyboards can't register so many keys at the same time. For example it's sometimes impossible to move and/or jump with both characters at the same time.

What's the condition for an A rank? Do i have to achieve a perfect time on a level? I really lack the coordination to control both of them at the same time.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
In response to Neafariousdeath, you CAN see the required times. On the level select screen, hover over "show times" in the bottom-right, and the time required to ace the level is shown.

Fireboy can walk through lava, and watergirl can walk... through... water. Hm. And ice slows her down? Human-girl would be more useful.
