1 star. This is a terrible idle/incremental game. At no point did I ever feel the pleasure of exponential growth. "But it's not supposed to be an idle/incremental game" you might say and the simple answer would be that you should probably not market it as such, then. Don't waste a bunch of horror fans' time by mislabeling your romantic comedy.

For those wondering: The developers do not set the tags for the game. It's done by the community. (there's an "add tags"button right next to the tags. You may need K+). For some reason a lot of people are voting for this game as an Idle/Incremental, when it is clearly not, while Pirate and Puzzle both have several downvotes, even though those are clearly both accurate tags. Not sure who's trolling, but it's not funny.

Fun and simple. You definitely need new mechanics if you want to add more levels. You could ramp up the difficult by adding a mechanism that rotates the keys and chests that can be broken. Fun ideas could include potions that speed you up or let you swim once, a barrel factory that keeps them coming, extra keys hidden inside special barrels (so you have to break them in the right place), a Boss level where you have to shoot Davy Jones with his cannons while he moves and shoots at you.

Very solid foundation of mechanics to build on. One thing that just feels wrong though is stepping on a weak tile and then pushing a barrel onto it creates a permanent safe floor - but pushing a barrel onto a weak tile turns it into an instant death tile. Thematically we are a pirate ghost, but we are just floating keys? A ghost wouldn't be deterred by cannons, what are these, ectoplasmic cannons? XD

Fun little puzzle game! I liked how the various game mechanics could be a hindrance in some puzzles and part of the solution in another.

I tried out the new version, and I'm happy, that the barrel and rewind bugs are fixed, but it seems you can still crash the game by moving around, then rewinding (says "too much recursion"). aorn, you can still escape the map by pushing a line of barrels onto the water on levels: 11,12,15,16,19,20,22-24. It's not, like any of the remaining bugs would even affect gameplay, but I think it's fun to look for bugs in games :)

I really love those sokoban games, where you can use the boxes to fill gaps. Removing obstacles is such a great and satisfying experience. Using the cannons to remove walls or other cannons is even better. This game really needs more progress, like levels where you have to remove the right cannons to advance, or treasure chests, that contain items to add to your inventory and use in later levels.

A wait mechanic like in Baba Is You would be nice. The game itself isn't that bad, and I really like the tutorial/hints. I think more levels and mechanics will help make it better.

i really liked this one! the vibe was really nice- i'm a sucker for some minimalistic pixel art and this did not disappoint! as someone else already said, 24 really was the perfect amount of levels- the last level was the only one that really stumped me for a bit, and i would have surely given up if i hadn't known i was so close to completion. this is a really cool concept, hope 2 see you expand it & add more levels :-)

Really nice game, kinda short, and it has a few bugs. It is possible to get out of the levels, as the water doesn't kill you but rather death blocks, Spamming undo while interacting with something (mainly cannons) crashes the game, Using undo during the movement animation still moves you but sets you back twice when you undo again, and Spamming undo while pushing barrels can move you into them.
That being said, I have encountered no bugs on my first playthrough, though I replayed the game, as I thought, there may be some secrets on the last 2 levels.

but, still, it feels like lack of something. Hard to tell the feeling. I see, you need some levels filled with only cannons, and those connons should be solid. That would be interesting.

Quite enjoyed that :) Though I wish the edges of the screen wouldn't light up every time you move, it was quite annoying and distracting. A good start, hope to see more :)

I appreciate the levels that teach by letting you discover the mechanic of the games. i usually prefer puzzles games with a bit more difficulty but i still enjoyed the game.

Mysterious: having gotten stumped on a level, I went to the Levels menu (it did give me a confirm popup). After doing so, the farthest level I could go to was the one I had solved just prior to the one I was stumped on. In other words, to return to the level I was stuck on, I had to resolve the previous level. o.o?

It's a really good game, but it needs more levels. And more gimmicks would be good too. Also, it can be annoying having to wait for the cannons to hit before you can move again. Maybe make them shoot faster.
