if you intend to keep the ads than i would suggest either lowering the number of pinatas but increasing the rewards they give proportionately or have the ads for pinatas be optional like the ads for chests so you can not watch the ad and get 2 rewards or what the ad and get the whole 4.

Frankly, the game is now a shameless cash grab. Prices are obscene, ads are mandatory, and negative effects abound. 1/5. You should have stuck with the classic format.
The classic format was supported by sponsorship, which has evolved since we last made a Flash game. There's a reason why we moved away from this model, as it had a pretty low revenu cap, and we would always make enough money with a game to make the next one. If one didn't sell well, we were screwed. Hearing cash grab for a free game sounds a bit weird at first, especially since you don't have to spend a single penny ever, but we understand your opinion. The contrast between this new game and the old ones is clear, and we'll keep working hard to strike a good balance between fun and revenu potential.

The ads as a game component are definitely a problem. I have not had a single video work at this point. Not sure if it's because I am in Japan or what, but it is definitely a problem if you're going to use videos as a rather important part of the game.

Unfortunately the game becomes nearly unplayable with bounce 7 and higher, since you can no longer see what's on the ground until it's too late to react. Please increase the camera zoom at higher speeds/bounce levels so that the game stays playable later on.

BB1 and 2 were grindy but entertaining because stuff was always happening. Adding to the grind reveals how thin the gameplay is, seems like a bad design choice. I hate seeing a good game that downgrades itself, and makes players work to earn or pay for that good game, so hopefully they'll reconsider the pacing. Looks great, though! Meanwhile, BUG: after muting the sound and raising the volume back up, I have music but not sound effects.

The discounts don't make the prices reflect what all the discounts add up to. I have an elastic cable with a 30% and 20% for 42,000. But 50% of 75,000 is 37,500. It's taking 30% off 75k and then taking the next discount (20%) off the 52,500. I don't think that's a good idea when you actually made a game that requires quite a bit of grinding. Maybe the discounts should be added together as you get them considering you have to watch an adv. to receive them

@JuicyBeast The problem is that pinatas are necessary for the game to progress at a normal pace, and you're holding them hostage with ads. The game needs to be reoptimized so that you can get everything without pinatas. The main wall in the game is that it's so grindy. It takes 6-7 launches for me to afford a single boost that makes little to no change in how the game progresses (granted they add up after a while). Maybe you can add a flat income for distance travelled and have an ad boost for that. Also an ad boost for Moneyachis/peso pals would definitely be a lot more appropriate. Make pinatas free they dont affect the feel of the game very much. Maybe you can have "watch an add get 5 rocket boosts" or "...get 5 chili bombs" since they feel alot better than 30% 130 million, when you make 600k per round

Just a couple of problems: 1 - I haven't actually seen any pinatas since the first one wouldn't load the video. 2 - My chest page doesn't seem to be doing anything. Am I supposed to be able to feed coins to the chest or something?
You are supposed to see more pinatas from time to time, and your chest is supposed to fill up by itself over time. If none of these work, there's a problem. We'll investigate!

I really enjoy this game. It is a bit grindy, but I prefer that over a game that I can beat in less than a day like the last two installments. The ads are annoying, but I understand it was that or charge for the game outright, and I prefer the current situation over the latter. The only issue I can find is that after encountering the first bear that takes you underground, all subsequent encounters render my character uncontrollable. I'm assuming it's a bug, but I haven't seen any other comments with the same problem. Otherwise, as I said before, I really enjoy this game and look forward to it's actual release.

Thanks all! You're right about the game being more grindy, we're on it. We'd also like to dig deeper in the ads problem.
The game has ads because we think Burrito Bison should be free. We thought about charging for it, but it didn't feel right.
In order to keep it free and still generate enough revenues to eat, we opted for ads. Mindlessly slapping ads on top would be bad, so instead, we crafted a reward system that would help you progress and make things exciting.
We can't really remove the ads, being our primary revenu source. Making the game more condensed would simply kill any revenu potential, as there would be no reason to gather bonuses to help you out.
We know ads aren't fun, so we're doing our best to make ads a good experience. If done correctly, you guys get to play a fun game for free, and we get to eat.
With this in mind, is there any solution you guys can think of that would let us generate revenues in a respectful way AND still make the game more enjoyable for you?

Ok a lot of comments are about ads but here's a decent way to get over the money walls in the game. Invest heavily into the Money Bag bear and Flying Chest bears. Rank 1/2/3/4 of moneybag is 50/100/3500/20000 and Rank 1/2/3 of the Flying chest is 1000/6500/35000. if you aim for those first, you can fairly easily get 20k per launch at rank 3 and 100k per launch at rank 4. Also dont upgrade to the Chocolate rabbit unless you really need keys, you can farm the upgrades on the first 2 fights much more easily: they take less hits and give only about 10% less per rank

This game just makes me want to go play Burrito 2 instead. That was a fun game, this is just another pay to progress game.

more bg music variety please. The music is great but it gets old after a while. Another 2 or 3 tracks would help mitigate this.

I agree with alot of the other comments on the speed of money acquisition, however another remedy may be to lower the speed loss of hitting the floor and walls. Money would come a little faster if it weren't such a drastic speed loss. I loved the first BB and will love this one in time, but it is taking way too much time to make progress. Hopefully, it isn't a ploy to get us all to watch more ads. Free games these days amirite?

Money is gained way too slow. I'm hitting the first wall every time, and it still takes 9 or 10 launches to buy something.

Is there a reason for so much screen space required? I have to scroll horizontally on my 1050X1680 screen in order to see everything, but it doesn't seem necessary.

That feel when the gummies always perfectly leave gaps so you just slow down to a crawl then you make a measly 250-500 per run and the level 2 upgrades cost 2x+ as much as the initial upgrade to pester you into either watching ads or purchasing things with Kreds.

I really like updates from the last game. I don't mind the ads, one doesn't have to watch them and you have to make money as well. However, the inflow of money is too slow anyways. I would really like to see some achievements or quests as in the last games. Plus, the launch needs explanation for the crits...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yeah, definitely lower the number of ads per pinata and up the influx of money, because it is pretty slow going getting enough to actually buy this stuff, even with the discounts.

that greedy gummy thief should be called juicey beast gummy cause of the greed on this game the first one i like more cause not money grubbing greedy....

The default screen is HUGE! I don't like reducing the size of one page just to compensate for an extreme game size
as the effect spreads over my browser.

This game embodies everything that's wrong with some new video games with its OVER use of ads which is very very annoying, and its slower grinding for money makes it slightly boring. unless you use a pinata for bonuses. BUT the way you added little guys to give you boosts, and different characters is fun and cool. My recommendation is give 3 cards to people from pinatas without watching a video and give the 4th card with an optional video card. it would solve many of the problems with the game. Hope this helps. This game has great potential with some major adjustments it could end up being very very great game. Interested to see the changes from beta to full game.

3/5. As always the gameplay is excellent, I love Burrito Bison, and this would have been a 5/5, but the progression was ridiculously slow, and the cash grabbing was completely shameless.

first off, screen is WAAAYY to big. also, I'm stuck on a grey screen. I have refreshed, but no cigars. Im glad that this is beta, otherwise this would have a horrible rating. Looking forward to the updates.

After the first 10 or so pinatas, I started getting "video not available" errors, which made the pinatas impossible to open. Surely there's a better way than locking progress behind videos that might not even load?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
After playing off and on for 30 mins, I still can't get through the first section even with 105 speed. You get upgrades so slowly that it gets boring. Hopefully this is a flaw and wasn't designed to make money via the annoying ad pinata. We shall see in release.
