Under rating threshold (show) To get bor'lan, get the familiars Mer'lan and Bob. Find Mer'lan in Lord Cerulean's Tomb (Bit Valley, 3rd dungeon). Find Bob in Dyrad's Heart (Bit Valley, 2nd dungeon). The schematics drop there too.
