The ending made me wonder if there is any extra endings or not. Could you clear me on that, Kajenx?
Anyways, great game, as most of your work here on Kongregate.

Definitely buying the soundtrack. I absolutely love it. It fit very well with the game. 10/10 would listen to all day.

Not my favorite type of game but am rating 4 star (which is very good - 5* ratings from me are very rare indeed.) Here are the reasons I'm rating so high -
1. Text walkthrough (hate youtube slow guides and chat.)
2 lack of grind/boring combat
3. I've just finished the live puzzle 2 hard badge for the 3rd time after 2 flash player crashes/progress wipes - and I'm now totally insane.
Overall pretty enjoyable for a game style I generally dislike - thanks and good luck.

Nice, I beat the game, earned a ba- HOLY S***! WHAT IN GOD'S NAME IS THAT!? I think I'm gonna go stock up on energy drinks and coffee because if that freaky thing is what creates our dreams then I never want to sleep again. EVER. Oh, and the game's not too bad for what it is, I suppose.

Story - My biggest gripe; the storytelling was awful. There's much much more to the story than you can see at first, but instead of the story allowing you to figure this out over time, it's all just fed to you from a platter right at the end and the game in no way hints that this is the truth. It seems more like it was the outline of a story that wasn't actually written yet, similarly to the gameplay actually. Plus, there was no reason for the main character to buy that this was more than a dream, but he did so without any doubt. Also, hate cliffhanger endings.
2/5 - Hows a lot of good ideas and concepts, but nothing that actually makes it a complete game.

Graphics - They were really good, but sadly that's all I liked about the game and even that had its problems. The 8-bit characters in the 16-bit world looked out of place, and the photoshopped 'cracks in the dream" needed more work.
Music - It was just kind of there.
Gameplay - While the simplicity was nice, it could've used a little more. The fire puzzle was a start but not enough to carry the game. The rest was just figuring out what order you talk to people in. Also, what was the point of the tree enemies if they couldn't do damage to you? They could've just not been there and it wouldn't have made a difference at all.

By the way, I loved the Weaver character and the way it showed up straight in the beginning. That's what got me into playing until the end.

Couldn't rate this game any less than 5. Great intriguing storyline, nice pixelated graphics combined to a very relaxing soundtrack that makes it even more immersive and comfortable to play. Please make us a sequel!

I'm also getting tremendous lag. Started with Chrome but it's a problem on IE too. The graphics are very jerky and interfere with what otherwise seems like an enjoyable game with a novel approach.

There needs to be a second "Everloom." The ending of the game leaves it open. Great game. Another gem in flash games.

Probably one of the best if not the best game i've ever played here. The symbolisms, the message, the gameplay, music and the gorgeous graphics are just too perfect. Congratulations and i do expect to see more from you guys

Love the game so far but the lag pretty much makes it unplayable. Just trying to move from one screen to the next takes luck and that one puzzle became impossible because I'd try to move him just a bit and he'd sit there for a moment then fly into the fire. I don't know what's wrong but please try to fix it so I and the others who have this problem can finish the game.

@Bonesmasta36 Same here. I cleaned my computer and closed all the tabs and had only this playing and I still couldn't do anything about the lag.

I though 'space' was the answer to the sphinx riddle. And by pressing 'space bar' she let us go. What is in a room that we take all our stuff ? ... space !

This game needs a great sequel. This game is very hard to walk away from, I couldn't leave even to get a snack. The graphics are really nice even though it is pixelated and some think thats bad, I still recommend a play. 5/5

I enjoyed the simplicity with which you streamlined the game play and focused on the story. You kept the player hassle to a minimum, which is what was needed for a game like this. Well done.

The shadows, 3D effect with the tress/pillars, the particle effects, and just generally beautiful pixel art pretty much makes the entire game, because other than that it's a pretty normal (actually slightly more boring than normal) RPG with a good story.

Loved the graphics in this game! Unfortunately I can't say I truly followed the plot, who was dreaming what, and what role the main character played in the dream.

so deep sleep, last door, and now everloom, all pixel games, are my favorites on Kong. Some real good game makers getting into the pixel scheme scene

th9s game is depressing, kid went to sleep then woke up in a nightmare where eh cannot wake up b/c he fgures out it's actually a real place. Sounds a hellla lot like my life.
