Under rating threshold (show) Nicely designed game. Good graphics, good sound effects... but really badly balenced. Its possible to complete the entire game using just the 3 towers you start off with without loosing any health on any level, thus showing the game is far too easy and that buying any towers from warmart is pointless. I only ever used the option tehre to increase my starting money. The sniper missions while a decent distraction, get too repetative to want to play more then a few times. Also, far too many waves per level. Watching 40 or more waves of similar troops adn tanks go by get boring really fast. Game needs difficulty balencing, and more variety to keep it interesting. Right now an average 3/5, but with work it could easily be a 5/5.

Under rating threshold (show) Great fun... though as most of the comment say, a tad easy as you can just huy yourself 50k worth of start money, then play the gmae using only tesla towers and those orange particle beam guns... :) It is fun to do that though... so maybe have a harder mode or something. Maybe and endless mode to see how far you can get... or a mode where the user can set how many levels they want to encounter once they've finished the game to help carry it on a bit...

Under rating threshold (show) $1900 for a FU Sniper. 160 damage-240 range-4 ROF. $2850 for a FU Particle Beam. 300 damage-200 range-2 ROF. Why pay more for a weapon that shoots half as fast, does less damage in the same time, and has a smaller range? :-/

Under rating threshold (show) is there anyway the creator of this game could change it so that when you have killed all the enemies in a wave you can send the next wave. even on fast forward i find i still spend time bored watching nothing waiting for the next wave.

Under rating threshold (show) I'll give this game 3/5 stars for its high production value and decent conceptual framework. A good idea implemented in an attractive way is worth playing. It loses one star for it's lack of balance. The middle of the three starting towers, the $400 one, is far too powerful. You can win if you just build one of those and upgrade it. You don't need anything else. It loses another star because some obvious touches are missing. For example, I have no idea what each of my three starting towers are called, and I didn't know what they did until I purchased them. The towers in Warmart have names and descriptions, but no comparative game stats until after you purchase them and place them. That's just not helpful.

Under rating threshold (show) OK. So we have total score, which is based on level score, remaining lives, and remaining funds. And we earn war-mart credits, based on total score. And we use them to increase starting funds. We now go and replay the level, using exact same tactic. We now have more starting funds, therefore we end level with more funds, therefore increasing total score, therefore getting more credits, which we can than use to buy more funds. I feel a great disturbance in the game balance.

Under rating threshold (show) If I click on a tower type, it is purchased right away and funds are deducted. It should not be purchased until it is placed so to give the chance to opt out with Esc or whatever. I could not find a way to cancel if I decided I didn't want the tower or if I clicked the wrong one by mistake.

Under rating threshold (show) Great game just like frontline was. I agree with Castef though it it being easy. I could have two upgraded Tesla towers and clear out most levels with them. Difficulty settings would be cool. Also the upgrade for more starting money only cost $1000 each upgrade, it would seem more balance if it went up in price the more you bought that upgrade rather then just being $1000 each time.

Under rating threshold (show) Flamethrower tower fully upgraded was a huge waist of money, It cant kill even one enemy while my other towers like the Tesla coil one can all the enemies with full health. Very unbalanced but i do agree with everyone else, a little work and this could be amazing.

Under rating threshold (show) Graphics seemed nice but the game.. Too poorly designed. 1) Why is there a "Next Wave" button at all if we have to wait 10+ seconds anyway to send any kind of wave? I mean sometimes you kill a wave like 1 second after it spawned, so basically you spend the next 9 seconds doing nothing. 2) Show what does each tower do, its nonesense that you give 3 types of turrets at the beginning and you dont even explain what each one does. 3) 24 waves in lvl 1? That is nonesense. Make it 10 or so, after all, its a damn tutorial stage it isnt supposed to tell you "if this takes 24 waves, prepare for the crazy boredom the rest of the lvls where you will probably end up with like 200".

Under rating threshold (show) The first Frontline was better than this one, IMHO. It seemed more challenging. I didn't like how simple the game was but, it could be challenging for first time TD gamers. I play TD games a lot so this was super easy till I got to level/mission 12. I can't seem to get past wave 74 at the moment. It goes from being super easy to suddenly super difficult. It just needs better balance overall, I think. Also, as others have mentioned, I would much rather send the next wave whenever rather than waiting and waiting for the NEXT button to light up. The game's got great potential, it just needs a lil fixing up. :) Take care and Happy Holidays :)

Under rating threshold (show) Very nice but unbalanced. The tesla coils are definitely too powerful for their cost. The bonus start funds is a good idea but should get more expensive for each buy and should have a cap on maximum buys. Some unnecessary steps in the interface: Why do I have to press buy and then purchase? Why is the next wave button locked for the first 10 seconds?

Under rating threshold (show) I like this game... Although some of the guns seem too overpowered to start with. Also, 2-4 damage for the flamethrower? And the RoF is 24? That's only 96 dps, if I did it right. It should have something like a damage bonus against infantry at least, or better damage or RoF.

Under rating threshold (show) All together a good game. Here are my suggestions to make it even better. Limit the amount of start up cash that can be purchased. Standardize the amount of time per wave, some of the wave have way too much time. The first two sniper mini games were fun but I saw no point in playing the rest. Limit the number of each tower your can place on the board. Make some type of congratulations for beating the game screen. Do not take these suggestions as a big negative I did enjoy the game, thanks for making it!

Under rating threshold (show) A bug: upgrading sniper costs 100 but you need at least 110 to be able to upgrade it although only 100 will be deducted. The upgrading cost needs to rise when you upgrade the tower, otherwise you can just win by placing sniper towers and upgrading them fully. For example: the cost for the second upgrade could be double etc. Sniper missions give too many credits and are very repetitive. Also a sniper can't fire as fast as you can fire in the sniper missions. Doesn't need any aparent strategy- i tried to use some strategy in some missions just to fool myself only to find out it just took more time to finish it. Some units need to be resistant to bullets/electricity/fire etc, otherwise there's no point for the other towers. If there are any such units at the moment then they are too weak to make me place different towers. Good work but you need testers (td nerds (like myself)) before you release it. If it's super-duper-easy mode only, then it's not worth playing you know? :) 3/5

Under rating threshold (show) The game balance is off my a huge margin. Since you can buy 200 starting credits for 1k warmart credits, you can trivialize the game. For every 200 credits you have leftover at the end of the game, you get 250 warfare credits. Example: I do a mission, I earn 1k warfare credits, bringing me up to 4k warfare. Buy +200 Starting Credits 4x. I do the mission again, same score, same lives, but I do not spend the extra 800 credits. I earn 2k warfare credits now. The only limit on this is boredom. I would suggest either taking out the option to buy credits, or raise the cost to atleast 10,000 warfare.

Under rating threshold (show) Great graphics, and lots of work clearly went into them. But the game itself is sadly lacking in being a game. Build a basic defense, press next wave, press high speed, wait for the next wave button to come back, press it. Repeat until the level is over. No game there.
