When you look at the comments and the rating and they all look pretty good, then you get into the game to play but after 20 years of waiting, the screen hasn't changed past blackness.
10/10 Would rate again

buy tesla tower, fully upgrade, repeat about 15-20 times and you have the mission beat by wave 30. guaranteed victory, wouldn't mind some enemies that are immune to electricity, fire, explosions, bullet dmg etc... try and mix it up a little

i love this series, and look forward to each installment. it's odd how the sniper tower which used to be god sucks balls now, and machine gun which used to be so so is the uber tower. plus, anytime there is locked content i downgrade the game, sorry. not going to another site to play a few paltry levels, and why can't i fully upgrade my weapon? it stops partially up the bar....

I wanna upgrade my Weapons to the MAX, not just 2/3...
Plus it would be nice, to be able to cancel placement of a tower, especially with the 5-square-ones, as sometimes you don't have any more room to place them and get stuck with the tower under your cursor...

i just started playing like 20 minutes ago and this is INSANELY FUN! i love just slapping down 5 plasma mortars and destroying everyone in a matter of seconds in combination with missiles.. way fun but sadly too easy. 5/5 all day

When buying lots of starting funds this game is easy. Put a couple missle launchers and you'll win guaranteed.. too bad. Otherwise a nice game. Just too easy to win.

So....i buy starting funds with all the money i have. In the levels i build tesla towers and when i have to much money snipers. I really don't know why i'm even going to play the next 9 levels.....but i will.

As has already been noted, buying 'extra starting cash' is the way to go.....AFTER you buy the machine gun! Not much will get past a pair of fully upgraded machine guns and if you throw in a sniper tower or two at max upgrade as backup, well you can virtually walk away and let the game do it's thing, on the first four or five levels at least.

This game would be good if you reduce the amount of war-mart credits you get. By level 6, you basically can buy all available towers without the need of farming the previous levels. Buying extra bonus start funds should be restricted as well, recommend double cost each time it is purchased if you intend to keep the current reward system. At 100k war-mark credits received from mission 9 means 100 purchases, not really fun way to purchase, needs a max buy option at that level. Maps are great, enemies are good, game play is decent, but hampered by an over indulgent reward system.

I really enjoyed the game, it was fun, and the graphics are awesome. I like how you can essentially choose your own difficulty level with the bonus start credits. It would be quite a challenge to beat the game without purchasing them, and making it through mission 14 without losing health. You can buy just enough credits to help you finish the game. Or, if you want total annihilation, you can build up a massive start-up credit amount. You can replay the first few levels with the least number of upgraded towers for a maximum score, which gives you the most credits to buy bonus start funds with (more credits at end of mission = higher score = more credits). I also like the fast-forward button and how it doesn't slow down my old laptop, even with all the action going on, unlike many other flash games I've played with much less action.

upgrading both damage and RoF is better than not upgrading at all, while upgrading either damage or RoF is worse. Interesting. Sometimes towers' basements overlap and shift positions for no reason (say 2 sniper towers stand aside, sometimes left one's basement is fully visible, sometimes the right one's basement obscures it). Overall nice visually, but somewhat buggy. 4/5

A bit buggy. Poison balls fly off toward the top of the screen without cause. Once you click a tower's button, you've purchased it and can't change your mind, even if you have nowhere you could place it, you then have to hit the 'Sell' button. Otherwise, needs a limit on how much extra cash you can get, way too easy otherwise, no challenge at all.

So the "extra starting cash" upgrade is selectable an unlimited number of times? You realize that it takes no time at all to set up an auto-grind that gives you near-infinite cash on the very first level? Not much point to anything after that.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Not too sure that the upgrade prices are correct because the upgrade cost 80 but I had 90 and it wouldn't let me upgrade....? bug that needs fixing.

Graphics, music and commands are very good, but unfortunately there is not much to keep interested (although I'm a TD fan)... Oh, and a preview of incoming waves would be nice.

hmmm...do I buy extra starting cash and plow right through w/ boredom or do I try and mix things up a bit? decisions, decisions, darn these decisions!
