As others have noticed it takes way too long to gain levels after you reach level 13. At this point it would take me 28 more play throughs in order to reach level 16 and open the cross roads map. Assuming that's what level 16 unlocks!

Guide: At first, don't worry about completing any stages. Keep leveling up until you get Flak Guns, which are FAR better than any of the other towers. Once you get another few levels, you get MISSILES. These are the best tower in the game with great range, hard hitting, and splash damage, and really all you will need to win it. --------------At player level 15 you can upgrade to level 4 which is very valuable if you want to get all achievements. The Slowing towers are alright, but their main purpose is to force foes to clump up so the missiles do Splash Damage.------------A MANDATORY concept in beating ground bosses is Juggling: What you do is have a long stretch that the foes go down to escape. Then, right after they have started going down that stretch, you SELL one of the early parts of the stretch, then add a tower to cap off the end. They go to the end, then turn around and head back. You then uncap the end and replace the tower you originally sold.

Found a glitch. After a mission ends but before you can confirm it you can still select and sell towers. This allows you to recoup your towers base cost for the multiplier at then end of the round for total cash

It takes forever to unlock the final bonus level. I don't like having to play the levels over and over again after I've beaten them to get to it.

I can't believe I played this long enough to unlock the laser tower. Laser and mortar are worthless. Basically you just build upgraded missile towers with a few bio for slow and everything is easy. May need to juggle for the tank bosses, but that's very easy in this game since the units don't react quickly to maze changes. They'll happily drive along a newly built dead-end path until they have to turn around.

okay so bosses are back but for crying out loudly, they are extremely hard. I had 12 3-star missile towers (well placed ones) and they only hardly killed 1 out of the 6 bosses...with all 25 lives left I was hoping for 100% completion, but then I was like hey wtf...

So I got perfect clears on all of the levels, but haven't opened up the last bonus level. The leveling up system needs some tweaking.

Alright. I like it. However, I agree with most everybody, hot keys are needed for selling. The level up system would be nice if it scaled more smoothly. It takes a too long to level up. I've already beaten the game and I haven't unlocked all the towers. It is a short game, but not interesting enough to keep playing the same levels over and over again to spend enough money to level up to see the next towers.
Otherwise, it's pretty good.

You can sell towers after the game ends but before you click the continue button, allowing you to rack in money right before the point bonus for it... hrm....

I seemed to have made it thru the game without experiencing any bugs. Luck? or were they fixed? Regardless, I liked the game. Few thing that could use a bit of tweaking. First, juggling is made far too easy as the creeps do not realize the path is blocked until they get to the block. Second, you can block one of the 2 exits completely, forcing the creeps to follow the path YOU want them to vice you creating your maze to work around their pathing. Suggest you add a bit of code preventing fully blocking an exit. Otherwise, great game. 4/5

at the end of the level among other things your remaining money is multiplied by 5, so when the level is over sell everything before you hit continue, easy way to buff up score

Please add Upgrade and a Sell Short cut. This game is really fun, I really like to level system its not original but its addicting

the ai is retard! I lost because my missile tower wouldn't kill a balloon, but went for a tank! (which was covered by another 2 missile towers!)

You need at least 20k exp before unlocking the mortar tower (8th tower) which is after the rocket(7th tower). since the hotkeys goes from 1 to 0, how many dozens time are we neded to replay to get all the towers?

Love td games, but this is a lot like desktop tower defence with bushes and rocks. And desktop t.d. was never great in my opinion as compared to other td's

I really like the game, specifically the level-up system, but why do flying enemies completely disregard the pathing map? shouldn't they at least enter at enter and exit at exit? even still, 5/5

I was playin on fire fox and the game kinda gliched out and went slow-mo so i wouldnt mind a graphics button update in this game or the next please but other than that well done 5/5

Leveling up takes way too long. I had completed every map I could access (11/12) and was stuck at level 13. I know there are a few more towers to unlock as well, but I cannot be bothered to grind anymore.

Mmm yes.. I agree with alot of ppl that there needs to be hotkeys... esp. when there're hoards of penguins coming and you don't have time to move your mouse around just to find what to build..

there is one hell of a bug, apart from the ones the other players said: exits are connected to each other. this means a mob can pass through the exit it wasn't supposed to go through just to get to the other one. So if it starts nw and finishes se and another wave starts sw and finishes ne and i make it harder for the bottom wave then the wave from nw will finish ne and just go to the se exit afterwards (outside the gameplay screen). That's a very sad bug.

cute! although i think something is wrong with building new towers... When I clicked on a tower and don't want it, I try to click another tower it doesn't switch unless I cancel it.
