Just like in a real relationship: You go through great labors to give a girl gifts, then once she's gotten what she wants out of you and has drained you emotionally and financially it becomes as if you didn't even exist.

I think the lengthy play with little purpose or story meant it never had much potential to be a great game, but it was very well executed. 3/5

Quit after 4 items. Suggest letting player turn the directional arrows back on after leaving main screen. Do like the concept, but maybe too much empty space. Great music.

After three minutes of wandering around (pure stubbornness and good music) I finally came across a yellow flower and figured out the objective. Maybe make the goal clearer at start? Give player a red gumdrop or something within first view panel?

Well, that was heartbreaking. The yellow was the last thing I picked up and hinted toward the ending... Was that a coincidence or is the flower always the last?

OH MY GREY!I almost cried!..But since im a man...i wont..anyways..we play as the dead boy...he is a soul..slowly filling colour to her dead world...but as we fill colour..we lose more of our self..but these are just a forgotten memory..and that bird..was the girls memory ..so she has learnt to let go of her dream..of the life that no longer exists..just one question....HOW THE GREY DID HE DIE!?

I really love this "game" well really it is an interactive piece of art. The story was emotional and left the "player" with a feeling of loss, but also a feeling of rejoice. I have a personal soft spot for music being a musician myself, and I found this composition not only fully fitting, but also well put together and executed is this one of your own works ?.

what your character is is a memory, the world is gray because the girl has no happiness, once she gets her happiness back ( aka her favorite things ) she is ready to take life on again.

sad ending. the boy do a lot of effort to make the girl world become colorful but at the end , the girl still not realized and that boy do not have enough time to express his feeling before he dies. the music so touching and showing the boy never give up to make the girl happy T_T

theres a game on newgrounds cant remember the name exactly its something like i have 5 days i have 7 days or something like that, i think the music is similar to that, also a more emotional game :)

The boy is trying to do things to get the girl to notice him, and as he tries to get all the objects, you slowly see him fade away, putting all his work and effort into it. At the end, the girl finally notices him, but he's overworked himself and died, getting the girl everything she wanted without her doing any work. Basically this is the every relationship ever.

music is emotional but not much similar, but still a good similar game
