Why the heck are people complaining here about the controls? There are dozens and hundreds of games on KONG which have the 8-Axes physics. Compared to them Kaban steeplechase is more exact then a swiss clock :)
Nice Game, great atmosphere!

Have to 2nd the "Just make a shooter" comment. So often these games degenerate into "Know the course already or die miserably." I've always hated that - and I'm afraid I still do. Cute idea - but 2/5 for turning into a memorize your own adventure ;p

very good game, but only thing is when you hit a mine, you get thrown like 6 paces forward, causing you to hit anahter thing, but great game! 5/5

at 8th town and guess what rateing this game 1 star it's stupid boring repetitive and a game this old should not be lagging my computer (btw the lagging lets me skip the track entirely past the finish line and then the game never ends) poorly programmed poor controls (it does not respond) guns are useless

Controls are terrible, you need 3 hands in the current config and you can't change it.
I should be able to switch from crawling, to jumping to firing without having to move a hand. As it is, I have to pick up a hand to hit the Enter key to fire, and I prefer using the arrows over the mouse for movement in this kind of game.
It's like old school Nintendo games that would use the up arrow to jump, seriously, why?
