A bit of information for y'all who haven't played this series before: The are WAY more games other than this one to tell the storyline, such as (duh) part one of bullet heaven and the epic battle fantasy series (LOVE part 4). Play those if you want!

This game is awesome. I've played it since 2016 and I got to admit this- every single second I spent playing it was worth it.
It's really addictive and fun- just like all of Matt's games and that's why I love it.

@GameTommy @noufnouf That is a problem with certain versions of 64-bit Firefox (either old Windows versions or all Linux versions) which don't support Context3D (see https://www.fxsitecompat.com/en-CA/docs/2016/flash-is-forced-windowless-mode-on-firefox-for-64-bit-windows-affecting-stage-3d/)

I'm getting any odd message. After I click play an error message very briefly appears for such a short amount of time I can't read it, then the game sponsors appear, and then I get an error message saying, "This page is no allowing the game to run. (Probably incorrect wmode set) Click here to play it on Kongregate". Does anyone know how to get around this problem? Is so, please send me a private message.

:/ occasionally the button for the sub weapon just stops reacting for me, and then without any reason it just starts working again. (the gauge will be at 100% and the x key will still not respond.) but it does work if I double click.

I much preferred the first Bullet Heaven. The upgrades made it fun to progress through the game, and you had a definite sense of improvement.
This game, you never get any stronger. Every level is about as difficult as the next. There's not much motivation to play beyond the first few when you realize this fact. I know I can get a star on every level (and I'll be working towards it over time), but doing that all at once would be tedious and boring.

This game makes many other bullet hell games look like an non-issue. Just look at screen during a boss battle, and compare it to others.

V You know what, if you genuinely have problems with the game, that's perfectly fine since there is never going to be something that absolutely everyone likes. I personally find motivation regarding the game itself, and while I may not be a cold-hearted critic like you, I still think the challenge and beautiful bullet patterns sells it for me.

Mislabeled: In a bullet hell game, touching the enemies is safe. In this game, several enemies will kill you when you touch them without any clues which ones do that. You'll have to fly into one to figure it out. There is nothing desireable in the item shop. Not a single item. So all in all, giving this game mandatory badges was a good decision, because it adds motivation to play this game which the game itself fails to implement.

For world 7, the boss is incredibly difficult, since it relies on luck and fast reflexes. Ive only gotton to wave 5, im sure to be relieved when its over

It is a wonderful game. It has some tough bosses, and things like new moves are worked for. The keyboard vs.mouse? If you have mastered the keyboard controls go for it! The mouse is precise and the keyboard has more sub weapon control. My main critique is the multiplayer. You have more health 1 player. Also there is only 2 player if you don't have controllers. More motivation to buy it on steam and you the controllers, I guess.i am holding out for a BH3!

I think the game could use some faster movement in the charaters but anyways its a good game keep making more i would like more Bullet Hell games (Dont let me avatar make you think i'm a troll)

I logged of, and for some reason when I got back on, I no longer had 7-1 and 7-2 completed on heavenly with star rankings.
