For those curious about how to play this with SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0012/5274/live/secure3_Kongregate_Main2.swf?kongregate_game_version=1317028832 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here (Used Google Chrome dev tools to get the link).

if ya'll wondering why flash is still working on your computer, is because you have flash, but google discontinued flash after December. The reason why the game is still working is because you downloaded the game as cookies back when flash was still online before December 31st. Im sure of microsoft edge, google chrome, and all other related browsers and search engines.

I decided to run through again to try for a perfect game and again the game cracked up again and lost my save, resulting in me starting from the beginning again... well at least I got the badges

@pyrettablaze420 I was into the 3rd season I believe when I finished the game and then continued on to try to get the rank up but no matter what I did it just went further down, eventually the game cracked up and I had to reload and as a result my game save was lost/corrupted

@archerbob how long did it take you? I defeated the king in the 2nd season and got an SSS rating. Lean hard into ranged atk and health for melee. No heals.

@Ruykku Install and run an older version of a browser that will allow you to install the last version of flash, please remember to go into the web browser settings and disable updates

I went back and found all special heroes, equipped a full team of them... maxed all levels and got a rank C. I think that rank system is broken

All badges done, took me around 4 - 5hrs and scored a rank of B with 2 swordsmen, 1 archer and 1 hero recruited all maxed to level 5

Amazing little game. It was a little awkard trying to understand what every symbol meant in the beginning, since the tutorial doesn't really say it, so I was guessing at first, but it wasn't that hard to figure out. I wish we could see the classes of our current characters in formation also. Guiding ourselves through names and having letters to represent classes isn't that great. If classes were represented by symbols, that would've been better. More upgrades would have been great, as in the late game I don't have anything to spend my money on.

Wish there were more upgrades and possibly different types of fighter. Game got a bit grindy in the end too preparing to fight the king, but overall a good concept!

@PonceMcBeaty: I got mine on Feb. 14, 2013. Almost 7 years ago and I still remember the basic premise of the game, which was pretty good, but still had flaws, so I only gave it 3/5 Stars.

I am puzzled. When my tank dies, the archers just... stop shooting. I was in a battle where my tank (warrior) died, but I still had 2 archers and a healer, I had already killed the enemies' knight, warrior, and mage, so all he had was 1 archer ... and he just sat there shooting my guys who never retaliated after that. Were they just so enamored with my warrior that they just gave up on life when he fell? So sad. :(

I really dislike this game (don't hate me for it, I have a reason). When I looked at the walkthrough, I saw that you needed a lot of special units which I didn't pick up at all. When I got to the king, I literally couldn't do any damage. I grinded for over 2 hours until I gave up, realizing that I could not progress at all. Maybe some people like this game, but I feel as though the boss should be easier.

I see a small minus of the game: you can't keep units in reserve. I get that 4 active units are for balance reasons, but I just couldn't bring myself to part with my loyal generic units in favor of some probably unique ones.

Masterpiece! Only problem to this game that it's too short, I want to play more! Thankfully there's a sequel which is as good (if not better). Would definitely recommend this great game, I've had a lot of fun playing it. 9/10.

I really, really enjoyed this, and I'm not a big fan of strategy or upgrade management games! It had a good balance of difficulty, a clear sense of progression, and you could see your efforts pay off quickly. Finishing my first league season at the bottom of the roster didn't make me quit playing, but it made me want to try harder. This is actually an awesome game. Hopefully, my poor indebted self won't lead this kingdom into an era of terrible deficit...
