Seemed really nice at first. Unfortunately, the upgrades do almost nothing, and with an overpowered boss, this game becomes almost unwinnable. 2/5

@waffle999 Aside from your egregious grammar, you misspelled "privateers","stupid", and "programming." Now who's stupid?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
this person who made this game is stuped
well i do admit he was smart about programing because programming is hard but
no.
piviaretires are not pirates and this game is about being a pirate but it said it is about piratevires

This game is very good. One problem though. I have a tank sail, a storage capacity of 200, and a decent level (2-4) of Grape Shots with full ammunition. The problem is... I RUN INTO NAVY SHIPS THAT ARE NEARLY INVINCIBLE! One day, I accept a duel quest and meet this navy ship with fire equipped. I shoot one round of grape shots at him. All hit. How much damage does he take? About 3% of hp has been drained. I ram him in his weakspot. He takes about 10%. Most of the time, I die because their fire burns my sails and then I can't move. So I get camped by the nearly invincible navy ship until I die.

Suggestions for Pirateers 2 : We can buy different kinds of ships big, small, or something. More cooler and kind of bosses and enemy ships and also add island with cities that you can conquer. More uogrades. Devastating weather it would be cool right? We can decorate ships that wouldbe nice. Add more perks/skills. Add the seven seas I would like to kill the bosses of the seven seas and rule it. Add more ambushes. Add more sharks or etc maybe a giant squid. More ghost ships and more quests and last add militia ships that defends their islands when attacked. Place + for the dev can see!!

FOr me trade is the best option.
When in base buy all you can starting with the Most expensive (Diamonds) and going down but buy all and than keep trading by buying all is with red always the most expensive one first and selling all that is in green. Usualy if in green is just +1 if have space get it and go next town most surely you will get at least a +2 or +3. Also get all the goods with no + or - you can for sure sell them and get profit always if you have space of course. - is priority to buy + ir priority to sell :D
Oh if go for this strategy get cargo lvl max first and speed boat just to move faster betwen towns, and use mines if someone follow you :D
Good Luck

cool game man, thanks. yet i think it'd be way more cool if you'd address the top two comments suggesting improvements instead of just thanking people thanking you, which is by the way great but kinda pointless, if you know what i mean. cheers!

Enjoyed the first small portion of the game, and then the enemy got massive ships and super tanky flamers that keep me from moving at all. Really wish the enemies were a bit more balanced.

The reason the upgrades feel like they don't do anything is that you're upgrading as fast as everyone else. If you can't upgrade fast enough, you start dying repeatedly.

Much Much more improved then the First Pirateers. Although i like the game it seems to short to buy the Bonus Content.

Dude Well Done the Towns sell Jewellry for such a low price ill buy all off them and then sell it for 50% More. This game made me a Trader more as a Pirate but now that Factions fight against eachother its your Choice how you play Way much Better than the First game thanks to the great Creator that reads and Replies to comments.

Your tutorial is unbearable. You explain too much and some things more than once. It is interupting and ruined my first impression of this game.

Pro-Tip. Press "i" on your keyboard to bring up an on-screen display of which enemies are targeting you, what action they are taking (Aiming, avoiding, fleeing, etc.) and can give you a really good competitive edge. [+] So others can see!

Some things id like to see are 1.)more boats to chose from 2.) Buyable allies 3.) Better upgrades 4.) Easier treasure game and 5.) id like to see the enemy not go from small easy ships to fricken battleships in the space of two seconds.

I love the game, but after some time playing i feel like the customizability offered for free is enough... yeah 40 kreds gets you everything...but i dont wanna pay on a site full of free games

I think they should increase the upgrades. I have the fast sail and it doesn't even seem like I am going faster, even with the upgrades. They should make the differences of the items bigger.

I know you are looking to make it a game to be a pirate captain, but being attack by the navy and merchants without having the cancel to fire upon another ship let alone sink one seems a bit strange to me. Maybe see about adding a privateer/bounty hunter side of the game in the future?
