100B board is pretty useless anyway. The tutorial doesn't explain everything. Once you learn the tricks, the game progresses extremely quickly, and you max out what you can produce. Then it's just a matter of loading billions of cells into spinners to cell off to create massive microchips.

macdjord, no it's not winnable without basically cheating by exploiting a bug in the chip creation. However you can get a lot higher rates than you were talking about. Use the narrowest board for maximum rates. You only need 2 multipliers per loop.

I can't get past the tutorial-- I think I've found a bug? At the point where it says "Now send the RESEARCH CELLS it produces to a RESEARCHER", the researcher component is still locked, and I apparently need research to unlock it. I've got a lab, its got points built up and nowhere to send them.... Am i doing it wrong?

Wellll. Iäd like an improvement other than gameplay :p i like this game as a mean of making pleasant background music, but the chargers sound is just so bad that i cannot anymore. I also like improving the board output, but an effective circuit just needs the chargers..

Is this game supposed to be even theoretically winnable? The best sustainable money generator possible produces 100k god cells = 1 billion gold per cycle for every 6 components. The largest board holds 14 * 9 = 126 squares, and cycles once every 4s. Allowing 8 cells for power generation, you can generate just under 20 billion gold per cycle, or 5 billion per second. You can have 7 boards running, for a total of 35 billion gold per second.
Generating 18 quintillion gold will thus take 514 million seconds, or 16.3 years.
And that's not even counting the fact that you need 4 Multiplier 3s for every 100k god cell output, or 80 per board. I've got 14 now, and the next one is going to cost me just under 200 trillion gold. Building this ideal board might take longer than winning with it!

**Spoiler Alert**
For those wondering what a spinner loop is... and why it matters for end game...

You can even make it more simple than my version.

Why does using a three-way splitter on a 10k cell produce three 3,000 cells instead of three 3,333 or 3,334 cells? Truncating a whole 1,000 is brutal, and it only gets worse the more you have...

100B board is fully visible with cinematic mode. I mean, it should be visible without it regardless, but its a solution i guess.

@Qosmo You can scroll on the 100B board. But for some reason it's just not explained anywhere. Hold Ctrl and use your left mouse button.

There HAS to be an option to clear the board. I mean, I don't know if I'm blind or anything, but it seems like the only ways to clear the board are to manually sell everything or buy a new chipboard (woefully inefficient).

There is a glitch, whenever i open another tab and play a game while waiting for gold, the game stops, it doesn't freeze everything just stops what it is doing.

Sometimes the "wave" that activates the components (the ticker) freezes. The rest of the game keeps working alright, i can still buy new components , i just need a button to reset the wave (carfeull though, make sure we can't spam it to cheat).
"+" so the developper can see it.

If I go afk with the game open for 10 hours, I might be able to get to the 18 Qi goal in a month. But if I close the game for a second, I have to spend ages setting everything up again.

On the whole not impressed VERY slow startup even with tutorial it is EASY to screw up and there doesn't seem to be a way to restart to try again. 1/5

To summarize:
1. Fix the bug where labs accept gold and break
2. Make it possible to win in less than 800 years without cheating
3. The tutorial needs to be clearer
4. Make it possible to pause the tick and edit
5. Make the "converters" all 1 output (not splitters) so we don't have to send gold back to our labs in the first place.

Could you please have some pictures of functioning setups in the tutorial?
i.e. the research setup. It took me some frustration to realize that the 'wires' out of a unit are explicit output. The input to a unit is implicit.
When called wires I expected electrical wire like behaviour. For electrical diagrams if source and sink are not connected without interruption, they are not connected.

Up to chip earnings of 2T/sec due to saving several hours of buildup to sell at the same time. Will still take 3 months to hit the target.

Nice game. My Lab accepted and stored a gold cell, but since Labs can't process gold the gold cell just stayed there and caused power cells to be rejected. The Lab probably should have just rejected the gold. A similar issue is if you have both gold and power going to a Seller; after receiving one type of cell the Seller will reject (waste) the other type of cell for the short period of time until the Seller sells. This mechanism of rejecting whichever type of cell you don't current have seems less than idea. The Lab should just not accept anything but power since it can't use the other stuff. Could the Seller either sell more quickly or be able to store gold and power at the same time?

I had fun with this game, but it should be clear that this game is not beatable without spiking. I spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to go from 3b/s to the qi needed to win. 2/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I rarely give 5/5 for anything, but this deserves my 5/5. My suggestion... Currently I'm using an Increaser just to take powercells from multiple directions and send them in one direction - it would be nice to have a specific component to do that. Another note: I only use extractors to start off - they are useless otherwise and this clearly needs fixing.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
After getting the final 14x9 board, the extra cells went off the edge of the game area and I can't figure out how to use them. This is very frustrating.

Great game - but its rather annoying that state isn't fully saved. Once you have loops going (esp with GOD cells), it's a huge pain to have to "restart" them everytime I come back to the game. You need to save not only the elements in each grid cell, but the type/quantity of the power/research/gold/god cells on that element.

9 B/s total gold in less then 6 hrs.
Easy when just realize to put a corner spliter, 2 multiplier and a corner wire in a square to form a loop.

final research project: increases value of god cells by 1.05^X, with a 1.1^level increasing multiplier! Upgrade repeatable at an increasing cost at the rate of base*1.1^level

@bahrul you didn't pay attention during the tutorial. Cells take power from the underlying square to transfer between them, so if the square has too low of power it will disappear.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Okay, why are my cells disappearing in transit? Seems to happen randomly. If there is something wrong with my design causing it to happen, that needs to be explicitly explained.
