We build our windows facing north, to save us from the Xenomorph. Our engineers all venture forth, so we might live another day. Then the zombies sang a catchy song, it went "trash trash trash trash yum yum yum" then we fried. them with our flame turrets, in the Super Energy Apocalypse.

New texas shines like the old one, just with more weponry! Now the Oil derriks running low, and the tesla coil it charges slow. It seems theres no place left to go, as the daylight slowly fades. So i built a solar voltaic cell, but at night it doesn't work that well. Someone save me from this living (bleep), which natures wrath has made! So we cranked our floodlights to the max, while zombies dined on garbage sacks. I really hope well come to grips, with the Super energy apocalypse. Florescent bulbs save energy, if you dont mind the murcury. We recycle all of our debris, to stem the tide of the decay.

I really miss ice cream, cold beer and mountain dew. I miss long road trips, and central air was nice too. Now the charred-out landscapes all around, and zombies stole our cars. They've got a taste for nuclear waste, and they ate my best freind Lars. Now the turbine blades spin in the breeze, reminding me of shady trees. now our trucks drain food until they stall, because they run on ethonal. SO we scan the screen for radar blips, there's hostiles out at thirty clicks. were running low on ammo clips, in the Super Energy Apocalypse. Remember New Houston! And New Thermopalyea!

This game alternates between being almost impossible, to being incredibly easy... with nothing in between (that is, playing on Super Hard... dont know about the other modes).

I added the game to my favorites just so I can play the end song repeatedly! I enjoyed the game immensely also. I love tower defense style games though.

It was entertaining, but I never found much reason to use the renewable energies. Other than geothermal, which is wtf imba.

lol its pretty obvious they game is trying to imply that coal is bad. theres not a single mission were you can use a bunch of coal plants.

I had the same problem as many of the folks here -- played through to the beginning of chapter 9, but it only recorded my progress up through 5. Then when i try to go back and replay 6 "for credit" I've lost all the upgrades to vehicles, power plants, etc. So I guess I have to start over if I really want that badge...

For those complaining about a glitched bad, check your chat feed and list of completed achievements. It still tells me that I don't have level 9 completed, but it came up in the feed that I got the achievement and it says I completed it in the list of completed achievements. A glitched bad is probably more of a kongregate error, not a game error. So give it the score it deserves.

I liked the game alot and played through it twice but it didn't record it all for the achievements it just recorded that i beat the first 2 levels. Whats up with that? and I agree that the fortress should have some sort of significance, perhaps as a supertower or something like that as it is called a fortress after all.

CurlyFry, I was stuck there also but this got me thru.
The temporary use of flame throwers.
Then, on the next day, get urself power, food, metal and a RECYCLING CENTRE upgraded to the MAX! Switch trucks to natural gas, and ur set.
