Man, I bought this game with my old Kong account that was tied to my old Facebook account. Well, the Facebook account got deleted thanks to a spammer bot posting porn, so I had to buy this game AGAIN, on this account. I don't regret having to buy it a second time. Absolutely love this game.

Back in 2012 I can say there is no better tower defense game than this one but nowadays is a different story. Ironically the "defense quest" inside the game is the most repetitive aspect of the game and I feel like the progression is not fast enough to get me immersed. Dropped from 5/5 to 4/5 otherwise it's not fair to better polished TD in Kong.

graphics aren't exactly top-notch, it has a story and an equipment system, fun little game but protector does that in a better way (for free)

Even after five years, this remains a favorite game of mine. Played it through for the holiday season, now playing the game+ material because it is still just that good.

in the full game, most of the achievements get reset when you close the game and reopen it, forcing me to redo them again :-/

OH SNAP - after you start NEW GAME +, you can switch back and forth between your original campaign and the new game plus campaign to finish all the missions, and carry over everything including gear back and forth.
GENIUS!!!!!!!!! That actually makes the game worth the cost of getting a full version.

Too many games on steam sale for me to pay $15 for this. It is a simple tower defense game with some bonus mechanics, but it shows no more promise than a free tower defense game.

I got the achivments back in 2014, subsequently purchased the game threw Steam. I've beaten the game several times, and had a lot of fun with the "only 1 of each type of hero" challenge. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing the game; though perhaps not threw Kong due to flash problems. There is also a Newgame+ mode where things are more difficult, but it includes a few bonus maps, and a lot more dialog/story/humor included to reward you for your time.

I played this just long enough for the Bonus Points from the Badge. HOWEVER, I played the demo and full version on Steam a few years ago. Definitely one of the greatest TD games of all time! (Also, I didn't know you could unlock the full version on Kongregate with Kreds! I'm satisfied with the Steam Version, though.)

wow. didn't even get past the "enter the character's name screen" before running into the first bug: i held down the backspace button and all of a sudden it's at the far left of the screen. and every time i pressed backspace after that it crawled farther up the screen. props.

Nice..after assigning a skill pint to berserker after normal arena fight is over, the game goes to black screen..just like a lot of the games on here lately. Damn Windows 10 and it's crap ability with flash. Using explorer, chrome and edge had the same issue.

I bought the full game but cannot proceed past the battle at act 4 scene 2. Is the full game still not finished or is this a glitch?

Awesome twist on a tower defense game. I tend to get bored pretty quickly with most of those type of games but this one kept me engaged a whole heck of a lot longer than I anticipated. Peppered with enough story and interesting upgrade options to make it fun. Great job! :)

This game is a little easy, but fun none the less. I like the heroes being used as towers, and the fact they they can level up and equip weapons and armor. 4/5

i actually remember buying this game, back in the day. i can't remember for sure how much it was, maybe 5 bucks or a little more, but it was fun
if i find it somewhere in my HD i'd probably play it again.
it's a standard tower defence, but has it's own flavour and is catchy

cant even play the demo every time i click next it opens the website to buy it i dont even know if i like it yet because i have closed that page 45 times and havent made it through the tutorial
