It was fine the first time, "Decrease Tower build speed" Decreases the time it takes to build the tower, it's not that hard to figure out!
"Increase tower build speed" makes NO SENSE.

Found a glitch that breaks the game. If you put a spike trap at the start of a map, the monsters will get stuck on them for the rest of the map. You can even walk through them and take no damage, but your turrets will still fire on them.

It need to show us towers' main stats (fire rate and damage); a description is nice, but not enough.
Also, need a fast forward button. Really.

In the end I think the mana regen pet is the most worthwhile. Skill points in the gold skill replace the loot pet (sorta, but its not hard to collect loot anyways) so whatever you do nab is worth more anyways, gravity trap can bring them down, but 1 well placed arrow tower usually takes care of all fliers. But nothing regens mana, from softening an enemy to "OH SH*T!" moments, nothing beats traps.

Need more of a benefit for perfect wins. The whole equal gain no matter what takes a lot out. You need a fast forward button. Perhaps a mana recharge(and if it does recharge, include the recharging in the "next wave" button). The skills are not very balanced, and the levels are too short to really make much of a system. Its kind of like Protector, without the tinkering or specialization. I mean... it isnt bad, but it really doesnt captivate. Then again Castaway Island series was never a favorite of mine, so I may not be the ideal target audience. A couple bugs show up too.

Strange to see such a high rating. I know, people don't really like negative opinions, but... This game have bad interface: lack of hotkeys for buildings, one tower's picture can overlap another, so you won't be able to see installed gems, not really good access to the traps (even if you remembered hotkeys, it is hard to recheck). Storyline is absent, exp system is primitive, gameplay is repetitive. Some bugs (as not moving enemies) and mistakes (as "Decreases tower build speed" upgrade) are striking. What is it with you, guys?

second time for me that the mobs get stuck, so I guess it is a common bug. The animation is playing, they look like they are walking, but their position is always the same.
I think(not sure) that the problem is with the emeralds. If a mob gets hit by a saphire and a topaz emerald at the same time from two different towers, then it gets stuck.

Yet another game where you can't zoom in... sigh... I wanted to try this but is diffult to play with binoculars taped to my head... (I have a big full hd tv that's why I need the zoom).

what if you made the character able to attack as well, giving drops and/or an equip shop so the character doesnt just have to stand around. also, id like to be able to keep leftover gems from the battle

Bug-- On hte second snow map, I got to wave 5 (the fast snakes), and had 4 traps set up on the last horizontal line before the base: Poison, Ice, Poison, Ice. 2 groups of 3 got through towers and group 1 hit the first 2 traps and died while frozen. The second group were still alive after hitting the last two traps. when they turned to round the final corner they turned invisible (although hp bars were still displayed). THey remain frozen there, and I am unable to complete the level.

Another bug, or maybe a glitch. When an enemy is hit with a lightning bullet during a direction change it disappears. It is still there, cause it's being targeted by turrets but it is invisible.

(first few levels) "eh.. this is an okay td.. kinda slow and easy.." (first boss) "This game might actually be a challenge" (every level after) Nevermind. zzzzz. Its mildy fun but its way too easy, besides the first boss, traps killed most everything before they even got to towers. By the time the mobs get tougher the towers are impassible. (using mana sprite anyway)

Good graphics and fun, but not a great TD. The tower balance is poor. I found that the whole game is beatable with just spear and boomerang towers. Every time I tried to play with a variety of towers, it just made it harder. The flying-only towers are especially useless. 4/5

to tell the truth, i think the EASIEST way to complete the game is.... Get the pixie to restore mana, Max out the skill Trapper, and then send all the waves in a stage, and lay a poison trap every time the monsters become unpoisoned. It works all the way up to the volcano stages, then all you have to do is the same thing, but build a few boomerang towers along with the traps. There you go, you've won the game. If you've won levels with this and think its a good strategy, + please :D i beat the entire game with this strategy.

You should get the achievement for killing 3 enemies with one shot when you get the achievement for killing 4 enemies with one shot.

And my friends wonder why I never get tired of TD games. Simply because there are guys like you that make a nice genre great. And since it's a spin-off, I had to take a look at Castaway Island. Now I got 2 games that will make lugging around a laptop worth it. Awesome animated company signature thingie, by the way. Likwid rocks!

3th boss bugged out consistently if you use 2 mist turrets at the start, one of the small snakes gets stuck and prevents you from completing the level, (its most prevalent if you use a frost powerup on them)

Amazing game, i love how well the RTS style fits on this game. Some levels are a real pain. but with a little change in tactics become maybe too easy. 5/5.

Maybe I'm playing the game weirdly but I'm finding that spamming Spear Towers with a few tactical mist towers is the most effective strategy for every level (I've got the anti-air pet).

Small bug. When earning an achievement while fighting, if the requirements is meet again, the popup message about the achievement appears again. Example: first time having a lvl 3 boulder tower. Got 3 tower level 3 -> achievement popup appears 3 time.

Sorry, but unlike most, I'm not a fan. There's a lack of story, it's majorly repetitive, and I don't feel like I get much variety with towers that only go up to level three.
