Great Game 5/5. I like how you can use pets to help you and get eggs from enemies LOL.
It does need hotkeys and requires a lot of potential. Really should lower the price of the traveler's guilde a little bit.

Well, zayran, if you catch some disease, it's not gonna go away overnight. When you stay the night at the Den, it gives you a chance to heal wounds and rest. If you want to cure poison you still have to use an antidote, and they're dirt cheap later on. Besides, if you don't want a pet, then attack something and let it die. Problem solved.

Why is it that I haven't seen any other comments on this? It needs checkpoints or autosaves in case you die! Perhaps whenever you complete a quest?

should be able to save while on the go... hate constantly having to leave to go save like have so you cant use it unless you in a safe enough area
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
LOLwut? you people DO know that probably doing it without it is quite hard, right? did actually even TRY to make a game?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If you lose progress, it's your fault for assuming it autosaves. And to get back to the village, just
go to the top of the area and go right. Though that is partially because there aren't arrows or anything.

when you have two guys attacking you double click back and forth between them to attack really fast. "bosses" (last enemy in each locale) should probably be immune to stun. resurrect pet should maybe cost 100x pet level.

Wow!i got to level 17, my kitten jumped on my keyboard and pressed the ' power ' button....it shut down i came on and it didnt auto save...and it didnt tell me anywhere that it dosent auto save and due to that 1/5 and fail game

Great game. Do agree with a lot of the other commenters, especially about the hot keys. And enemies should drop more items. And the Inn is too expencive. 4/5. A second game could be 5/5!!

Yes, some hotkeys to use skills, spells, a hotkey to open the inventory, and also a button to see the entire map.
Also, discount instead of just messing around with the WASD or arrows
Clicking on the ground would be much easier ..
Hope you do something ..

Upon looking, I still have my save file. So you must have done a version update that deleted save files. That's going to lose you TWO point for a newb dev mistake. Sorry, but losing EVERYONE's save file without giving a way to recover it is the most annoying thing you could f*cking do.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Save file deleted on computer restart. That's going to lose you a point mate. Mouse controlled movement would also be great. When I say great, I mean just f*cking do it.

Really I forgot, a very good soundtrack
excellent graphics and more, it has some options
to change the graphics ..
and, in the city, I can not shake the settings
I think Kongregate may also give an update,
and straighten this failure.
Very good game, plus many failures, I hope that with time
them to consult ..

i found good place to train afk you go to a tree so youre pets wedged behind you then you let snakes attack you and you will fight back, you shouldnt be receiving as much damage as youre hp coming back in.

Ok good game, but pretty buggy. My main pet got poisoned, so I went to town. I decided to train one of my lower level pets. Once I leave town, my pet starts taking poison damage, when he was NEVER near a poisonous monster. Basically, poison transfers from your pets. FIX THAT! Other then that, good, and 4/5.

i like the game...i mean i don't really usually like rpg games...but this is one of the firts i find myself addicted to. Great job. But it can definately be better. I'd like some warning into which monsters area i'm walking into...since that's how i died. I walked into the snakes area when i was a level 2.

I love this badass game. It could use some improvements such as a mouse based movement control option, and maybe a pet revival option for when it dies :( Maybe there is one later in the game, but it's so sad to spend so much time leveling a pet and then lose it instantly. It's discouraging, and makes me want to stop playing. But I won't! I added this game to my favorites.

Very good game. 4 / 5, but needs more
things to make the game really good, and
Kongregate can possibly give an update
and put more space in the inventory, a place
you can put the money and items.
Also a window and a button to open
the list of items equipped.
That would make an excellent game.

Don't use the stay the night in the den! you can heal for free by standing in the first map of castaway beach for your human and using berries (which you can get for free by killing the the crabs there without taking much damage) to heal your pet. It may take a while but it's worth the 60+ gold a night! Rate this up so people can save their money!

4 types of shards, 4 pieces of equipped gear, feather and potions leaves 4 slots open for quest items. No room for anything else. This is a serious issue. Equipped items shouldn't take up inventory spots, neither should the spell components.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
its an awesome game but yes it does need hotkeys more inventory space and like a little cave or bank to keep you stuff in (cave so it fits the theme)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
3/5, the game has the potential, but for now it needs some serious work for it to be a good game. During my first 15 minutes of playing it became clear to me that controls are takes a while to respond, and found some glitches in the game. The graphics I find acceptable. One other issue that I have seen in some of these is that you don't make something transparent when you're behind it! I find this pretty annoying.

[SPOILER ALERT(....?)]
I guess the spoiler is that there's nothing to spoil. After finishing all quests, there's no real ending to give one a sense of closure. Rather, you're just left to continue playing sans objectives ad infinitum. For the time it takes to grind one's way to the end of the game, a real ending would seem to be in order, and might leave the player with a feeling of satisfaction or completion. As it is, the player may instead get a sense of just suddenly being dropped and is left to question the use of time spent on a wild goose chase.
...Then again, maybe forcing the compulsive casual gamer to reflect on these things is a good thing. Somehow, I doubt that's the intended effect, though.

I enjoy games like this, however.......... I have no problem with tilted games, but this is just completely diagonal. its very hard to play when its ocompletely like that, plus parts of it is blocked so you cant tell what's going on

magic weaps should be able to amplify the damage of their element's attacks, i.e. Fire Scimitar should increase the damage of Flame.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
auto-save would be could. i forgot to save and lost a couple of hours... all other things like the ability to see your inventory in town ot hotkeys are already mentioned.

The only complaints I have about this game is how quickly you can generate money (needs to be faster if the Inn is increasing that fast), opaque scenery when you are behind them (you really should be able to see when an enemy is attacking you, at least so you can attack back. Most of the time it will not recognize me declaring an attack if the enemy is hidden behind scenery), and invisible enemies (It happens occasionally. An enemy will spawn invisible and attack me or my pet. However, I cannot attack the enemy, only my pet can. Rather unfair if you ask me). Other than that, I must say that this is one of the better made RPGs on the web.
