I think it was fun :) I see some people said they played it without sound. Maybe there should be a suggestion or "in game" hint to turn play with sounds. OR In case if someone cannot hear properly, maybe a change in the shade could go with the sound hints. :)
I like the "tutorial" :D :D :D

In my first playthrough I played muted, so I actuallly had to look for the clues and I found some of them quite hard. This time, I discovered that you can just listen to the sounds things make in response to clicks and fiddle with it until you reach the solution, the "correct" sound is very different from the "incorrect" one. I suggest avoiding that so players aren't tempted to use an easy skip for the real challenges in your game.
Hello, yes thanks for the feedback...I am working on/off on getting this game a full makeover with more forest ,more monsters and more holes!:) And I will keep this advice in mind although It could be interesting to bring for some puzzles two or more ways to solve them since people are so unique ..But that is hard to do and more of a headache! :)

Managed to complete the game without using the candle or the plate? Also, most of the puzzles I just brute forced. I didn't manage to find any clues except the crow / worm one. Maybe just make the game bigger? I still enjoyed it.
Yes the candle and the plate are like a secret achievement, so, you can still finish the game without them placed in the correct order. Yes this puzzles from Ze-field have subtle clues like for the first dice( number on crows on top for the top button and number of crows down for the down button). Am am working on a bigger version with more forest ,monsters and holes and perhaps less subtle clues!:) thanks for playing.
I have myself more questions rather then answers but I can give you vague replies to both of them. So: A sand hippopotamus reading dyslexic comics and because of raisins not reasons. Thanks for playing?:))

Fantastic game, great to see devs listening to player requests, especially on a game made for a game jam. I feel allot of the time these game jam games are made in their time-limit and then left alone after it's over. Thank you for taking the time to perfect this one!
Hello and thanks for playing and for what is worth we are making a bigger game called: Domino House and we do plan to expand Ze Field so we will try making a indiegogo campaign to support us in our quest. If you are interested or just curious you can follow us on Twitter. :)

It's a cute game! Some stripes were challenging to find. I think it's great that you take feedback so I could play the game now without any issues. I look forward to more games created by you
Thanks for playing! We where planning to make another game similar to this Domino-House but bigger and longer(but commercial) and I was thinking of extending the Ze-Field to a more polished-complete game. If you want you can follow us on twitter. We could use all the support we can get! :)

Y'know just cause the developers are actively taking feedback i will change my rating from 4 to 5 stars because taking feedback is the basis behind life.

Like other commentors have said, a notification stating sound is mandatory should be in the game. I spent over 20 minutes making no progress because I had the game muted and was playing music. Only reason I figured it out was because I read the comments section.

Hints would be great, as would some sign other than sound when it comes to clicks. I played with the game muted before I realized it was unbeatable that way.
Glad you had fun! :) Good suggest> for finishing the game "Ze Badge" and for uncovering a special stripe ""Tip of the Iceberg".:))
Thanks for playing and feedback.

Well, that was super fun! I like how some of the stripes were a little tricky to find, but nothing crazy. The birthday cake was cute, but I did not know that was a candle (thought it was a stick of dynamite - no offense Artist!). I liked the music and lack of bright colors; fit the mood and theme of the game really well. I brute-forced the dice puzzles by just listening for the dings. Other than that, I thought all the clues made sense (once I found what they were for). Those "antlers" are arms. That was the last clue I figured out, lol. Also, to the programmer, I bookmarked your itch.io page so I could play your other games :D To the artist, I really liked your style, and I had no problem figuring out what everything else was ;)
None Taken mister fox armadillo? Thanks for playing and the feedback! I think future games like this will have tool-tips to help you with the the explosive problems!:) I am very glad you enjoyed this game!

I didn't realize you had to have sound on to complete some of the puzzles, but after combing comments, I saw that was the case. Perhaps include a clue or note about that in the game? (I often play games with no sound.)
Thanks for playing! You have to click on the dots. For now there are only sound cues to tell you if you clicked correctly. There is a visual clue to know how many times to click each dot but it subtle.

I liked it. Just the fact that you had the plate and candle(?) left over at the end cause you didn't really need them wasn't so cool.
Thanks for playing! Yeah it was a candle. Future releases will have tooltips to help identify collected items. Used with the plate it can make a birthday cake. The game was actually made for a week-long game jam. A challenge for the jam was to add a birthday cake as an easter egg.
Keep looking sometimes they are hidden in plain sight. If you have too much trouble, there are some walkthrough videos on the tube. Thanks for playing!

Great game, had to play it in full screen to actually catch some hints, but it added to the immersion and as others have said the candle sprite was a bit abstract. Still a solid 4/5!

I really liked this art style! I hate that you need sound :( Also, if there could be a way to mass apply all the stripes and all the worms rather dragging one at a time, that would be super helpful! I need an entire game of this, ominous crows, aliens, demons, and a happy cow. Love it :)
That mass dragging of object instances could be interesting to make.:) Thanks for playing and the feedback! There are visual puzzle-clues for the dice but I guess they are hard to find.:)
Thanks for playing! Once the crows are gone, you can click on the buttons on the top of the camera. There is a clue on the camera itself for the number of times to press the buttons.

Not bad. Pretty simple to complete. The only caveat is that you *need* to have sound turned on. It's impossible to play without, since there is no visual feedback to many of the puzzles.
Thanks for playing and the feedback. :) There is visual clues for the dice at least but it's hard to make connections in between the dice and the crows I guess. I should have made one puzzle with the dice teaching you how it works before throwing dice in the game. :)

Amazing game but some graphics look like others and the stripes are basically a spot the insignificance type thing but in all regards amazing game.

I think the design of the candle needs to be changed - maybe add a flame? I was pretty sure it was a plastic cup of soda with a straw until I read other comments.
The programmer was smart and now we have tool-tips names given to objects so you can also reed what they are! next time ill try to make a better candle!:)Thanks for playing and the feedback.

OH MAN.. after reading some comments and seeing that those white branches were alien arms.. I put them on.. but didnt found my last stripes... changed screens so often.. and then realized... OH THE TREE HAS THE LAST ONES NOW! Fun game and devilish good Birthday Cake :D

Very cool pictures, poor puzzles, confusing mechanics. It´s not clear what objects you can or cannot interact with, instructions are quite obvious but the only difficult part is finding where to apply them, and that´s not fun

This was fun! I got stuck a few times and then figured it out, and also got stuck at the end and had to find a comment with a clue. But over all very cool concept and design :)

Lovely game, awesome that you two made this in such a short amount of time. It has a lot of character!
Great game, though took me a while to finish it, had to use brute force.
Thanks! Unfortunately, the short span of the jam led us to leave out some interaction feedback and clues that would have helped not to use brute force.

not a bad little game here frustrated the hell outta me till i turned my sound up and realized what i was missing but over all a decent little game
Thanks! The game was actually made for a week-long game jam. Unfortunately, the short span of the jam led us to leave out some interaction feedback and clues that would have helped not to use brute force.

I enjoyed this very much but i didn't understand the dice puzzle. Even with sound.
Still, thanks for sharing. Look forward to the next one
