Ah, apologies about that. I updated the save version a while ago, it must have taken some time for the new mochi version update to come through for some of you.
I had to make a new version of the save data because a bug was found which I believe was causing crashes or data not to be saved properly.
Again, sorry about this.

LongAnimals: I can confirm everything pampl said. The old file is still there, but the game won't accept it, even when it's been renamed. (Fortunately for me, I made a backup before renaming and losing it.)
Is it possible that you recently added a new variable to the save file and reset the file if it isn't found? Having worked with save files myself, I'd say that's the most likely possibility.

LongAnimals, I know for a fact that I did not delete any of the files. I have saved files for other games. I tried the renaming trick, but that didn't work. You've overwritten everybody's saved files with this latest update.

wait, don't do that. it'll just overwrite your old save without prompting. i guess he messed the save system up too bad to fix by hand

your save data wasn't deleted, the creator is a moron who changed the save file name from DriftRunners.sol to DriftRunnersA.sol.
Go to this folder and rename the old one to DriftRunnersA.sol to fix it:
C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\[random characters]\chat.kongregate.com\gamez\[a number]\[a number]\live\DriftRunners.swf

Contrary to what some people have said I think this is a great game. I've played a lot of games that LOOK like this (small cars, overhead views, skidding and sliding) but in this game the drifting makes the game more enjoyable, rather then hampering gameplay.

My savegame disappeared too. It seems I'm not the only one with this problem. I had 27/30 achievements, so I'm not too happy about it. :S I guess the only thing is to start over again.

"Lower Your Speed" and go SLOWLY

The game is pretty nice, but some objectives are just boring to accomplish. For example: to do the "no road hits" objective i had to move really slowly =/

moaf, you know whats awesome, on any game, people who can actually play, who dont need to cheat etc etc, why dont you play a game legit? instead of gloating that you cheat..kinda sad tbh..

you know whats awsome, on any game, you can change score, money, points etc etc, with only the cheatengine so i pretty much got all bad in like 10 minutes using cheat engine on the money, cheat engine 5.3 is teh best.

ok what's the deal. completed all 30 challenges, but Kong is only recognizing that I completed 28. every race has all the stars filled, I've gone back and finished 1 race in each circuit, but no go on the hard badge. lame. 3/5 now
