great game But you have to play a long time until u can afford upgrades. And usually upgraded people win against none upgraded. So i was wondering if it was possible to lower the prices and have sales on holidays. Or gain more shards from games.

It is too hard to level up, i am level 1 so have no idea which tactics work (so i lose), which means i get a measly 5ish xp out of 75 needed to level up :/

First and second to play always win. Give the players immunity during turn #1 and make it so placing units is after everyone has played.

I love this game! All I wish is that there could be a option when in-game you can click a player and them a truce treaty...

lopdo when was the last time u updated? and wat happend to "achievements coming soon" =\ are u leaving this game to die?
it was long time ago, I was busy with other projects (and I still am). I am working on VW2.0 where achievements are already implemented, visit forum for more details

i think starting races should give u a bonus of some sort,or thier should be either more races or a custommizable race.

Register on all three with the same username to protect it; but use only one account (as the other two will not be tied to it.... it just avoids another registering your name and using it in game).

The start could be balanced if the order of players change after the first round. Player 1 choses his starting position on his 1 turn and then have to react last on the next turn...

I dont understand why Meep42 comment got downrated as i agree with it. As on full map mod everyone will have same amount of areas, first ones will get best bites and having more land and getting more units in end of turn. Last ones are left overs

@Meep42 So you rather have player comparisons have 1/2 or 2/4 or 4/8?(Turn time of course) I disagree with that plan.

Lopdo, I just realized that I don't like your game anymore. The fact that people can make their own maps is annoying. I want the old VortexWars back where you had to earn the different races. When their was no Vortex shards and you couldn't buy stuff. You lost the feeling for what originally was an amazing game. You lost me a little bit.

so I don't know how this would work but what if the turn order randomized every turn...might work until a better solution is discovered

I reckon on the 'Full Map' games, the players who start later in the turn order should have more starting regions, because everyone who goes before them has the chance to attack them, which is rather unfair.
