I didn't know you could move the hero to the neutral towers, change the hot keys for your weapons, or NOT auto recruit soldiers until I was on the 25th level. DOH, my bad.

I've recently have switched to auto aim which makes this way more fun. I love how if you capture their flag the enemy is like NOO!!!! ITS THE END OF THE WORLD!!! Like seriously... go make a new flag.

¶¶ To get the badge quickest, firstly, change aiming to Auto Aim, 100% power, L. Then save all money (shoot enemy castle with basic arrow for extra gold, its the arrow that gets gold+exp on enemies) to get Bomb arrow first (nothing else). Then keep using Bomb on the enemy castle. Eventually it will level up enough to do 600 damage. (bonus bomb tip: also note the Bomb arrow can shoot the boss in the face to knock him down when his helmet is off) ¶¶ Please plus this comment if it helped you or you think it will help others.¶¶

Shooting the enemy castle with normal arrows gets you 10 gold. Destroying it makes it so no enemy archers can hide in it and shoot you. It also means enemy units can't use it as cover so you can shoot them the second they enter the screen. Stop saying there isn't any "bonus" for destroying it, because there clearly is!

i feel bad about myself.... every time a big dude carries the enemy flag and i think he is to slow i kill him so a faster unit gets it like horses

You can only have 10 of your units on screen at once, while the enemy can have their entire army on the march at once. If you call more units, they will wait until there will be a vacancy, you can see small icons on the left.

Everybody!!! Shooting and destryoing the castle gives you something vital, GOLD. You get gold when you shoot and destroy it!

Little trick to finish this game easier, get the horse riders, the catapult and fire/ice and bomb arrow, then later on the fire wave and ice wave. Get the horse riders on auto summon and summon one catapult. Then most of the time you won't even see the bosses.

On level 17, still haven't gotten a 600+ hit, and then a well-placed pierce shot nets me almost 9,000 and 4th highest hit of the week :O

On the first few levels, do NOT shoot the priest (the little man). When you have killed everyone else except the priest, shoot volley after volley of arrows at the castle until you destroy it because the priest can not damage your castle! That is Lotsa extra gold! + To keep this helpful info up

Hint: If you want to destroy the Enemy castle easy on every lvl, DO NOT KILL THEIR HEALERS,
The healers are the small ones in full red usually walkning back and forth, They will not attack you and will grant you the ability to destroy the enemy castle as well as helping you getting free exp for your weapon.

FYI: use A & D to leave your castle, W to enter castles (yours, white or enemy! *avoid flyers and archers*)
If you take enemy castle and leave, their archers can't shoot thru it until a unit takes it back.

Once you have all your field troop spots filled with trebuchets you are the fking legend!
It's so fun to watch them kill everything.

why are we punished for purchasing units? They not only detract from the same resource used to upgrade yourself (gold), but they lower your population, reducing the xp bonus. If they were uber-powerful things that actually helped, ok, I see the point. But they're sad little weak things that you're FAR more likely to shoot in the back than actually DO anything. And I do realize that saying something negative about a game, no matter how well thought-out or true, will be mega-negative voted. Just thought I'd vent.

you can use the flak bomb arrow to your advantage when enemy troops hide behind there castle the flak bomb goes straight through it and if you press spacebar right in front of all the enemies they take damage

So let me get this straight, If I miss the enemy and hit my own units, it does damage to them, but if the enemy misses me and hits his own units, it does no damage to them?
