I really like this game. A way to get the 15x combo badge fairly easily was in the free play mode or on level 6 if your are a fast enough shooter. Heck I got 18x combo on my first time in level 6.

Easy way to fight the kamikaze: Make a weapon with maximal firerate and minimal damage (so it is cheap) and push them away

Keeps glitching and not letting me sell guns, and then not showing them in levels either. The gun, and its money, just go poof. I can drag it anywhere on to the screen. >:| There goes like 300mil.

Guys, I am really sorry for the badge issue. I am working with Kong's team to make it work as soon as possible, and it's 23pm right now. If you played and deserves some badge, come back later and it may be working, then you'll receive it (just don't forget to save the game!)

Finished Wave 40.. no badge. Don't even know HOW you get a multiplier, and if I have, no badge. Movement controls often stick and/or don't work. Poor.

It's kinda a "slow and steady" game, in a good way. I like the style of it and the overall jist of it, but would prefer things like more speed, more ways to create your weapon, and maybe have different maps or be able to buy other people's creations/upload your own. Perhaps have different modes like rainbow or something, just to make it pop and be more creative and interesting to the player rather than basically the same thing over again. Enjoyed playing though, thank you.

The Kamikazes seem to move faster when moving in a cardinal direction. If you are having issues, go diagonal to slow them down.

Oh, and you need power ups that drop last longer, since they disappear in no time and need some sort of indicator on the map that they dropped. Personally, I try to stay as far away from my enemies and let them follow me, works best so you don't get utterly murdered in the later levels, and I almost never see a power up drop, and even when I do, the waves are so hectic, if I even consider getting the power-up, I die.

I've gotta say, suddenly introducing enemies that have homing AND can murder you in about a second flat, is not entertaining, not fun and just plain annoying.

This is a poor top-down shooter. The enemy rarely damages without contact. And only the rocks can catch you. The description is wrong. You can't upgrade everything - want to upgrade movement speed to outrun the rocks. Prices discourage specializing - can purchase everything at a level without affecting how long until can afford the next level anything. Customizing weapons was nice because the defaults are terrible, but drawing system is annoying. Turn arrows are in way of selecting other weapons. Can improve fire speed more by building low Energy Consumption weapons than by upgrading Recharge. Can exchange weapons full price while upgrades are permanent. Hard Badge is for starting Wave 40, not completing it.

All right, time to 'fess up -- who used the gun-making tool to make an over-powered gun that resembles a completely inappropriate body part? I know I did. >:3

There`s no kill like overkill. Kudos for the fact selling weapons gives you the entire money back so you can experiment all you like without grinding. I`ve spent the last half hour making new dreadnaughts to rule space. The Homing Hedgehog (32 Homing Cannons and counting and still no energy used). Undead Paladin (6 Fulminators in constant use, you basically just fly around and kill everything around you instantly with your death aura). The Berlin Wall (all the rapid fire cannons I could fit pointing in a single direction. park it in a corner and just blast away at the entire screen). Make a second part that allows to save several designs or fight against your own builds.

"Alright guys, we need an original game. Anyone have any ideas?" "Oh, I have one! How about you're a pixel thing shooting other pixel things!" "I love it! Now we just need an original, catchy name." "How about 'Shoot Pixels'?" "I LOVE IT!"

How to make the ultimate starter gun: completely fill up homing and rate of fire, leave all other stats lowest. This will make a swarming type gun that is VERY EFFECTIVE and only costs $1000. If you amp up your recharge you can add multiple swarming guns. All you have to do is hold down the mouse button and dodge enemy fire and you're good to go for the first several levels. + if it helps.

Cheap (for the later levels) and incredibly effective: try Shot Power: 240, Energy Consumption: 10, Fire Rate: 9, Area: 0, Homing Level: 0. Total Cost: $372,065. It's less expensive than the most expensive pre-made weapon in the game, kills almost anything in one shot, and if you have enough energy recuperation upgrades, allows you to keep it pressed without stopping to recharge. It's great against any enemy (even the rocks) and if you join several together, unstoppable.

one tip you will find in the 'tips' section of the game that's useless:"the faster you use all of your energy, the faster you beat the mission" WTH?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The best weapon you can craft, with the lowest energy consumption and the highest stats, costs 9,998,141,014. I wonder if someone ever got that.

A simple but fun game with catchy music. Being able to create your own weapon is pretty great, although it would be nice if there were more shapes to choose from.

This is a good game, but can definitely be improved. First of all, there should be a size comparison grid that tells you how big your weapons are compared to the ones already made. Secondly, the gun statistics are confusing. There should be a "firing range" type of option that lets you see what your gun can do before you use it in the field. Other than that this game is alright.
