27/27! The nine deaths cat is no match for me! I wonder how you'll do it next time though, since we now know how our new nemesis/anti-hero looks like? Certainly since the brain police now knows how the thief looks too
Good question! But you see, Zombie Society is very big... and it's a total mess. It's not hard for someone as the Cat to lay in wait for ten-twenty years, create a new identity and start over as nothing happened. She'll be fine :)

Kinda sucks that if you only use the autosave you gotta play through the entire game again if you made a wrong deduction.

I loved the last ones but it was a bit annoying to have to go round again to get the badge - any chance that this will acknowledge me once it gets its (well deserved) badge? Since I'm not prepared to wait...
Thank you. And yeah, there are two things I fixed to prevent that problem:
1- If you have finished the game, I've added a code that should let you get the badge as soon as you reach the main menu; 2 - If that doesn't work for any reason, when you load the game this time you'll be able to play from the very end, so you just need to skip through the ending once again and you'll get the badge anyway

hey Lu, I think there's a glitch where the one of the deductions page has the same description, it the one where the detective explains if it true that Kashl has a soft side.

It's honestly so cool that you continue to make free content for us even though you're going to make a paid version :) So many good games just stop half-way to get us to buy the paid version, but a lot of people can't afford to spend money on games (if we could, we wouldn't be on kongregate) so it's really awesome that you're doing this for us :)
In the end, I decided to promote the "big" game with this free episodes because it was the best option both for me and the players. I'm very glad you agree! And don't worry, more episodes are on their way :D

How to get a perfect score ?
1. you can mess with deduction except the first one
2. save before you end it
3. watch the ending
4. load the save files
5. you already know the answer,so answer it correctly this time
6. Enjoy it
Ahahah, in the "big" desktop game, there will be living characters... and they'll have an important role in the story.
You'll even see Margh alive!! ... But for a few seconds :D

Every painting is worth MILLIONS! "Even the one that's just a chair but it's not really a chair?" ESPESCIALLY that one!
This is a known error, and there are two ways to fix it: upgrade the flash plugin to the latest version and/or go in your browser settings and allow flash cookies

I got kind of disappointed. I was almost sure that the Nine Deaths Cat was stealing and robbing people to help them xD 4/5 stars for this great episode :D
Thanks!! :) About the Cat, I wouldn't say her motivation is to help people... she's a thief, afterall! But she steals for the thrill of it, so she really isn't into it for the money. That's why she focuses on symbolic thefts. And she has a soft side too, that's for sure :)
I've been using Flash, but my tip is to focus on Unity or others because the Flash plugin will soon die off and won't be supported in any browsers from 2019 or something.
I'm sorry, I know the series is very good but I've never played Medieval Cop 1. The truth is this story plays a lot with the usual "master thief tropes", so yeah, it could have something in common with other stories about a thief :)

*Spit take* ANOTHER INSTALLMENT?! Your working too fast! Stop being better than *COUGH* (valve) *COUGH* other developers!
Ahah it's just that making new episodes for a serie is easier than making a new, different game each time. I already have lots of assets (graphics, sounds and codes) ready to use, and that makes my work much faster!
And I intend to keep this speed for a while :)

hmmm, Lu Muja, did you realise that Trollusque7 hacked in the leaderboard and said "I won, yay!" or you though he had finished the game and that's it? He does this a lot

Those games are great. Music, Graphics, Storyline, Dialogues, Characters, Deductions... I'm looking forward for next episodes and for full game, until now 5/5 although I got 26/27 because of didn't realised who's a thief ;)

The deduction system is definitely what made this game a league above the rest. Have you considered crowdfunding for a feature-length game?
Thank you! Yes, I have, but unfortunately I couldn't make it past 50% of the total goal, so it failed.
On the other hand, the game got greenlit on Steam, so I'll be publishing it there this February! :)
Ahah thanks, I think I'll make at least two other free episodes before I start to work on the "big" game for real... And even after that, I intend to keep making free episodes for the web :)

that was a great game - it was quite tricky figuring out the proper sequence of clues, and a tip to those new to detective games: there's red herrings in here (clues/speculations that do not matter in the end)
Exactly, glad that you noticed! I though about adding some red herring to make things a little more difficult, since many users were lamenting last epsiode was too easy.. Hope you had fun!
