Something I don't understand, I got 8670 LP from beating the apprentice, but the characters only got 1040 each (8670/4=2167.5) in order to get that LP share you have to divide by eight (which is how many students are enrolled in the academy.)

Spawning in an area with 4 diagonal islands I'm stuck from the start! This makes the perfect badge a little harder to get!

easy way to win = get all range and use the terrain to your advantage, AI won't move around rock while you're attakcing them..that include the apprentice :0.

I get attacked by the apprentice while on a traing mission with 2 level 1 freshmen, a lvel 30 sorceress with exca, and a level 30 healer with exca. I trap him, think " Oh man! I'll go get food!" I gget up, start to leave, look back, and he's dead. Wish i could have hit him with my Magilancers. ( both maxed)

The Hard badge is really easy once you understand the game. 1) Always try to recruit girls, since most of them are Ranged (and you can kill the Apprentice by trapping him in a lake even with a lv1 that way, should you get it)2) Avoid Errand missions at all costs. You want LP, not gold. Don't do lv5 missions, always go Wolf lv4 > Orc lv4 > Succubus lv4. You should be able to complete Wolf lv4 without too much effort should your team be at least at lv15. 3) Should you get any boys, recruit then graduate them right away for the small Fame buffer. 4) Always maintain a solid team (I went with 1 MagiLancer, 1 Sorceress and 2 Mirage Casters), and once any of those hit lv30, switch them to any other girl recruits. If you have enough spare gold (you need around 600 gold to keep a steady flow of recruits every month), upgrade the max lvl's weapons (so you get extra fame once you graduate it). Once you evolve the girl (at lv10), graduate the max level. Hope this helps!

Saint, whenever you fail to accomplish the amount of fame necessary at the end of every month, you lose part of your money as a penalty. The Hard badge asks you to be able to manage to direct the magic school thru an entire year without getting any penalties.

You can kill the Apprentice with just one Mana Scholar of any level. Get the Apprentice trapped behind a lake and just wait. It's take about 20 minutes for a level 10 Mana Scholar to solo him.

Its a really good game, but I made it to month 11 before I failed for the Perfect year. I just don't have the patience to try for it. You should make a sequel and add more things to do. It just gets boring and redundant after a while.

Left my level 30 out so the others could get more xp =.=......<.<....So close to perfect year one....But need to graduate some ....and i get apprentice fml.....my lv 18 duelist here with like a lv 5 weapon can't win <.<.....just been attacking for like 10mins now

In the sequel there should be a map feature, where there are different towns and places (forests, cliffs, caves, etc.) In the towns, you could walk around and talk to people for quests, then go to the places and finish quests for money and LP. Then you could go to the academy to graduate/organize/switch the people on your attack teams. Who agrees?

LOL Best way to get rid of The Apprentice:
1. Lure him to a body of water,
2. Go to the other side so he can't attack you,
3. Use your long range units (magic people, gunslingers, etc.) to PWN him :P

Got super lucky with the apprentice. I sent a mission with two level 1 mages and two mirage casters, so that I could train up the new recruits. I freaked out when it said the apprentice was there, but then my starting position had a small body of water above me. He came running from above and got stuck behind it. I just let them slowly chip him down to nothing.

though on one map i spawned surrounded by water.. what are the chances? had to snipe what i could with my mage and then quit the level.

He is really strong though, one of my pupil died just want to try how much damage he can do =))))

Lol. I used a level 8 mana scholar to one man Hungry Wolves(4 stars) because the rest were rushed, but since water pathing was terrible, I successfully kited and trapped every single wolf.

Apprentice abused. :D Two level 30 Duelists, a level 30 Sorceress, and a level 19 Dragoon (all had weapons) on the 4 star wolf one.

lvl 30 duelist+lvl 30 sorceress+lvl 30 dragoon+lvl 30 gunslinger+all weapons maxed=unkillable, i killed the apprentice before the principle intervention was at 40%

The +50% bonus doesn't seem to work properly. I had one of my students up to being worth about 700 fame, then her class came up as the good one and I only got about 800 fame for her.
