Another wonderful pick for BOtD, badge doesn't work. This is getting to be a trend now. Maybe someone should look into what the person deciding BOtD is doing during work hours because it's not looking into good picks for BOtD.

we need a very hight luck for beat the hard campaign.on the first, the luck is not the only thing for win, there is the card and strategy, the luck is "optional"

This creator dosent fix the msitakes he ahd in hes previous castle war. which evrybody complaint about quitting in online should be a win for the person who remained. and even though we put a ton of complaints about that he still went right trhough it and not care about it. if one thing a game designer shoud ldo is fix the previious mistakes the game had so the next one would be way better adn more enjoyable. The only way I found to reliably beating Hard Mode was to build 2 decks, 1 extreme defense and 1 extreme offense (which I refer to as Fortify and Arsenal).
Fortify: all cards that build the castle or wall; this includes guards and pixies/magic wall. All other cards are brick-based. Include Add Bricks/All Bricks/Builder. You may include Add Crystals/All Crystals/Mage, but try to keep your deck as small as possible. This deck is built for the long haul; always prioritize builders over any other card.
Arsenal: similar, but focused on offense. This means Add Weapons/All Weapons/Recruit for sure; Crystals and Bricks are optional, though magic is more important. Unlike Fortify, you will want to strike fast with Arsenal; it works very well with the high starting resources of the Hard Campaign. Be quick; this deck can not build.
Fortify should be your first choice; otherwise, try overwhelming them with Arsenal instead. I got through the Hard Campaign using mostly Fortify. Good luck.

The hard badge is easiest with a "builder" deck. You have next to no hope of taking down their wall or castle so focus on building resources and getting your castle build ASAP. Hope this helps!

it seems like opponent quitting or accepting a draw counts as a win, and you get the easy badge. and counts towards the multiplayer medium badge.

I don't know why, but my deck cant save, am I not doing it right? or is it glitched? because i bought the winter pack and i cant save my deck. I can't select it, and i cant save it.

I'd like to point out that I got the hard badge (complete the hard campaign) but didn't get the medium badge (complete the campaign on any difficulty). Please fix this or change the medium badge's description.

Can't find anyone else to play with in multiplayer, but really want the badge? Open up Castle Wars 2 on another site, and play against yourself!

Kong should add fun leaderboards like
Highest casle (win)
Lowest enemy castle (negative & win)
Least turn win (castle 100+)
Least turn win (enemy castle 0-)
Greatest difference upon win (players castle - enemys castle)

Best way to win medium and hard campaign is to concentrate on building a 100 points castle.
That means whenever the opponent invests in wall, magic defense, castle (unless he's getting close to 100) he's pretty much wasting his turn... also, in terms of mana, it's better to defend than to attack because you easily get 20 wall for 14 resources, attacks are more expensives.

Best way to win the campaign is having 5x sacrifice cards, mages, recruits and builders. You can play them at your first turn and then you both have only 1 builder and recruit. Only other thing you need is luck, cause it's hard to win if you die before your 2nd turn xd.

This is ridiculous, not only is hard mode cheap and completely luck based (lets see YOU recover from a curse first turn and t. horse second) but whenever i get close to winning the AI freezes and i cant win the match. There should be a way to force the AI to do something if it doesnt respond in the first 10s, like discard first card or something just so it moves, this is so irritating i cant get the badge because it refuses to let me win.

*stares at the hard badge* me: i will get you!!! *clicks the hard tribe and goes into the first battle* after some turns i have 4 builders, 3 wizards, and 3 soldiers* me: >:) computer: *uses curse* -next turn- computer: *uses sacrifice builder* -next turn- computer: *uses curse again* me: >:( *has 1 builder, 1 wizard, and 1 soldier* ----------------------- seriously, i thought this game was one of the best sequels here on kong (besides epic war 4) until i saw the sacrifice cards >_>

I think the layout of the resources bar is awful, having the number of builders etc.. in the same style as the amount of resources just makes it harder to pick out the right info quickly, the old layout was far more intuitive, if basic.

Yeah I finished hard only losing once (to a turn-2 trojan horse on the level where they start with 40 of each resource). Here's the trick:
NO ATTACK CARDS IN YOUR DECK. I built a 75 card deck with the only card using the attack symbol being 5 thieves (awesome card). No recruits, no nothing. Just focus on building and magic. Most of my games were won by starving out the computer. I would sacrifice mages and builders as soon as possible to keep them at 1 of each (ignore attacking cards). Then resource-starve them. As soon as they get near 8 of bricks or magic, either use crush crystals, crush bricks, or thief.
My specific deck: 5 thieves; 5 mage; 5 pixies; 5 add weapons; 5 add crystals; 5 add bricks; 5 remove crystals; 5 remove bricks; 5 builders; 5 taverns; 5 fences; 5 large walls; 4 wains; 5 reverses; 3 sacrifice mage; 3 sacrifice builder. GG computer.

Clunky and lack of a good overwiev. Lots of easy-to-fix problems though;
- Color the resource symbols and color the whole card instead of just the frame.
- Bigger numbers on cards and on the resource bar.
- Move the resource bar bellow the castle graphics, above the cards. So you don't have to look up and down the screen all the time.
- Get rid of the action function, causes a lot of unnecessary clicking. Instead you could do left-click to cast, right-click to discard and hold mouse over to get info.
- Write the info statements shorter, only tell what the card does.
Otherwise a great game, liked the first one better though.

how do you edit your deck? I can select a deck but the only one that is available is default. Can't find the editor anywhere
