Does anybody know what's up with the 'net' play? I can't get it to work on my computer, but when I play at my friend's place, it works all the time. I've already set it to allow cookies and updated the flash player. Anybody have any ideas?

This is the good basis of a game and definitely something to build on. On the plus side, it is easy to play and a very simple strategy. The downfall of the game is that the playability is largely based on luck. The addition of more complex cards might make this a game with great repeat playability. (Steal one card from opponent, a doubling card, ability to trade three of one commodity for another, etc.) Not bad - I would like to see the game level upped in a version two, though.

The game is fun and addictive, with a good mix of luck and skill. I found the number of cards pretty well-balanced: since it's not a CCG but a strategy game, i don't find "diversity" to be an issue. Different playing modes add a nice twist. Thumbs up!

This is an interesting concept. Wish there were a few more cards to choose from, and I wish the "knock your opponent's castle to the ground" option wasn't so darned unbalanced... but those are small issues. Still a very fun game to pass the time on.

Very nice, but as LivinSuicidal said, its more play what you can then strategic. Sure occasionally you have to make the decision of saving up for that curse skill, but other then that. Meh

I gave this game a 3, because of the current lack of diversity in the cards... and how much a bad starting hand can make a challenge against a player almost not worth playing.

The randomness of getting several expensive cards early, or nothing but cheap cards late really detract from this game. An improved "discard all" feature would be invaluable.

I love this game but there really isn't a lot of room for strategy in this game. It might be interesting to allow a player to play as many cards in a turn (but still not draw cards until the turns over). This would allow more strategy in the game.

Very nicely done game! Rules are simple and play is fast. Only downside would be the luck factor. A few more medium level cards would help to counter the luck and make it a more skill oriented.

This is a good game idea, i love it. the online play is a lot of fun but i hate the single player, the computer is nearly impossible to beat

not bad, needs love before it get's above average. way too much luck involved.
try in version 2:
- no cards needed to buy builders/soldiers/sorcerers - ramp up the cost as you purchase more
- when stocks are plentiful, the little cards suck, should be able to discard your whole deck for a price
- should be able to destroy soldiers/builders/sorcerers
-maybe not even have a card draw - what you can afford, you can play... maybe you have to invest to unlock higher tier cards
overall the strategy should be in where and how you spend your points

Interesting concept, but there's too much of a luck element here. For instance, I had a large amount of stone at the end, but couldn't make any progress because all I drew were crush cards (which really need to have a greater effect, they're all but useless as is). Given that it is a card game, do you have any plans to allow players to construct their own decks? That would fix some of these problems.

An interesting game, though one that perhaps could have been done better. For instance, the ability to discard two cards at once would be a helpful addition, because you often get stuck with useless cards based on your luck.

Can't discard on a Mac. when press command discard comes up but it also activates the flash menu so the mouse click does not get to the game.

There's no skill in this game, only luck. You get more Builders, Soldiers and Wizards than the opponent = You win. You get less = You loose.

Very simple adjustment, the option to drop your entire hand and redraw, in addition to the single card discard. It's better than being stuck with a bunch of unusable cards, and prevents stockpiling strategies.
