Under rating threshold (show) @Mad_Machine well maybe how you got there and why your attacking them or even playing well hearing something... try what they do in call of duty zombies, make tapes or add a video before.

Under rating threshold (show) Overall ( 6/10) Not quite enough to be featured because their is no story line. Make the controls a little easier to use. Difficulty ( 1-3 easy 4-6 good level of difficulty [7-10] Hard) I am not the greatest at these games so I found it very difficult I don't like that you use the mouse and the keyboard uses the attacks. Storyline (0/5) Either I didn't last long enough to get to the storyline or their weren't any. If its on topic. Well its a shooter pretty much it, its pretty original so 10 points. Add a story line to go with it and I would love it! I will still give a 5/5 so more people will try it ;)

It's an arcade shooter. What story do you need? :-) Personally, I hate it when I'm playing a simple 'shoot everything' game and it keeps interrupting the action with some stupid drama that is completely irrelevant to the game play. "The enemy is attacking!" "the enemy is about to destroy our base!" blah...

Under rating threshold (show) Oh man! this HAS come along! I am LOVING the keyboard action! (just wondering, how did you manage dual input in the end?) Endurance mode is epic!

Oh the functionality has been there all along. I just forgot to tell anyone the hotkey to switch. heh. If you use Input.GetAxis ("Horizontal") or Input.GetAxis("Vertical") then you get input from either the wasd, arrows or mouse movement. You still have to massage the input a little bit, but that's the gist of it. For example, I just used a boolean to indicate which input to process (keys or mouse) because for keys I just move the ship according to input, but for mouse, I had to make the ship 'seek' the current mouse position.

Under rating threshold (show) Simple, fun to play, the levels get better and it doesn't lag! Do like it! I would suggest adding the keyboard controls as an option though (if they don't work alongside mouse, you could make a clone script of the one containing your input and have a third script toggle one off and the other on with go.GetComponent("input script here").enabled = false; or something :D

Hotkey M does the trick! Have a look! I've added it to the HUD now so its easy to remember!

Under rating threshold (show) Great start for sure, I love the background effect its simple yet very effective. I also particularly like the shield style on the ship. I would like to see screen wrapping added and possibly quicker ship movement but other than that keep up the good work and I hope to see this game progress.

Thank you! There is a power up that speeds up the ship movement. Is that the sort of speed you are talking about? Also, what do you mean by screen wrapping? Do you mean allowing the player to wrap around? or perhaps the enemies? Thanks for your input!

Under rating threshold (show) Drop the Burst and make autofire on pressed F/mousebutton and let the Fighter lollowthe mouse. Limit Rockets though or lengthen the time when rockets shoot. Exit/Pause Button is missing. Also i would prefer selcting the upgrade from a menu, since the upgrades seem to enter the sceen randomly you dont have always the time to choose what you actually want. I would play it more often with those addons.

Under rating threshold (show) good start kinda of easy after 3rd gun upgrade. Needs some bosses. The homing missile should home to the nearest target. One of the upgrades appeared half off the screen could not pick it up. Hope to see the finished product.
