couldn't unlock the person between the politician and the fbi agent =/ beat the game and done all the quest and having the heroin of the story believe her dead son is still alive is pretty sadistic xD Great Game

I really liked this game. Sure there are many "management" type games and some are also about hotels. What really make this one great is the background story about the family, the competition, and the local happenings. I do not want to give anything away but my favorite is the very dark history of the family members involved and the evil creatures that are supposedly plaguing the area that just adds something to the game which puts it ahead of other similar games. Only problems I see is that there is a little bit of a grind going on as you get beyond 4 stars. Also there is something about the room service that seems wrong. There is a mission involving getting good remarks about the service which took to long to finish and it seems wrong when I can clean everything with two people but barely keep up with 4 servers. Also never been to a hotel where there are separate rooms for men and women. Seems unnecessary. Otherwise great game. 5 Stars!

I really liked this game, but the bug was diving me crazy! At the end of the day one of the cleaners waits in front of the elevator but the elevator is stuck on the first floor. The day isn't over until the cleaner is inside his room, so I can't go to the next day or save. I keep having to go back to the main menu and start from a previous save.

I feel a little embarrassed. I read a bunch of the comments, and getting hipsters is apparently hard... I got them very early...like my 3rd new character O_o
