Maybe it'd be too difficult, idk I'm not a gamemaker but on the customers tab of the report page, a rollover describing the +/-s of their rating would be great, or at least just selection displaying details on a sidebar.

Found a typo "A customer left a huge amount of money in his room! Fortunately, Andres was able to catch up to him ang return the money. He rewarded us with $1,000." Spelling mistake is "ang".

fun game, loved the dialogue, but unlocking the hipsters after having a pretty decent hotel going pretty much ruined the game for me

Overall a nice attempt and very cute but somewhat limited. There's not much skill or strategy needed besides furnishing rooms correctly for the various types of customers and maybe some small choices about what upgrades to do next. Some criticism you might find constructive: there's a lot of complaints about things that I either have no control over or no idea how to fix. A customer complains about the receptionist but I've got the best person placed there and there's not a single thing *I* can do to improve her. And when it comes to which choices to make in television channels and etc. I don't have any info on which ones people like or which people will like them. I can GUESS about it, but that's all. So I'd give it about a 3.5/5 because of the limited choices I can make.

Why does the furniture disappear when you remove it from a room and you get no money but you need to buy more for full price later?

The interface needs a lot of work. It's annoying not being able to build multiple rooms at a time and having to click back and forth every time. It's also annoying not being able to demolish old rooms without having to do one by one. It's also annoying to have the "task/quest" list clog up the top right-middle of your screen and make it incredibly difficult to build behind it. Some of those fixes would make the game a lot more enjoyable from my standpoint. 3/5

even with only alpine, no amenities and no people on room service and cleaning, impossible to have a "0" score when you have upgrade (i suppose)
it should be possible to reset upgrade...
hipster was a good idea !

To get hipster dont just delete rooms reather set you rooms to restrict (they must go in exect floor and room that is set for them if full they leave) and make such a conditions in receptions desk that they won't be able to go anywhere.

"OH NO! some emo Goth kids were kidnapped in the southern part of the country! this will negativity effect us for several days" What?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I did it. The only thing to unlock hipster is,
1) Make sure you have enough money (about 30.000)
2) Delete all rooms and just watch customers return back at the lobby :))

Thank you for staying in Best Westerns, if you could complete this survey to tell us what we did well and what we could improve on, that would be nice.
Q1) What did we do well?
"I hate the gym and I was right. 5/5 stars"
Q2) What can we improve on?
"This place couldn't survive a zombie apocalypse. 1/5 stars"
