Can anyone explain how the shield works? It seems to be random whether a hit dispels the shield, so I don't know how to predict them.

It took a while to get used to, but Meals and the odd Potion gets you by in the early game. In the late game, MAGIC CHANNEL from Blue and SUBSTITUTION from Purple are the way to go. Strengthening Yellow +Fury Red wipes the floor with monsters.

I bunch of times I've finished a lower level map and did all of the monsters, but when I attempt to exit, it says "all progress will be lost". WTF? I've killed every monster?

Dear Armor Games, I really do like many of your games but please, please, pleaaaase - tune down the crossing swords sound - everytime I play I am terrified of that sharp sound and have to tune down my sound T_T

it's fun but a little too convoluted and confusing, the upgrade system could be explained better as well as the cooking and the inventory. overall I like it but it gets old after long.

I'm definetley missing something about how cooking is supposed to work. Everything is coming up inedible (and im using a guide and cooking at 94%....

I really like this game, but i have a few comments:
*Is it possible to add a "full screen button"? I'm playing on laptop and it's a bit complicated to see the whole game.
*Any option to select "sell all" from ingredients?
*Is around any way to know where i'm stuck? Doing over and over again same levels because i'm not sure where i'm stuck or which item i can use.
*On level 10, on the map, we can see the battles but i can't see the level. (if it's medium or easy or hard), not relevant but i got used to check them before i battle.

Potions are useless when 3 enemies can do 100 damage at once... ok, we can delay their turns, but most of the time we need to kill at least ONE enemy before his attack and they have so much life that it's impossible to do.

after playing this new version I only find myself griping about the glitches like armor slots empty despite me not messing with it, the battle froze, thought it was my browser or comp but it was the game, i could still access some links. the battle just halted at the enemy turn. so I restarted and all my items were gone so I auto slotted and chose what I want. funny thing is despite food giving ya bonuses. I dont use pots. I find it fun to fight with out it ( I didnt realize I was at quest 7 and used almost no pots after i got to lvl 20. kinda wish I could keep the mana of used cards spent that never got to be used, like the healing, it waits a turn , but I off the enemy crew and my mana is gone. ah well. I grind at my pace which takes weeks to finish. It really could use a medal ;)

Game is NOT balanced. The food is nice, but what do potions help when the best gives you 150 mana (which isn't even enough for a single ability use later on) but costs 1k gold....1 K means you have to actually clean a map more or less...for ONE potion. That is an insane grind.

Game IS balanced. If you start level you should prepare food accordingly what you need. (food gives huge bonuses). EVERY hero has food slot. You can combine lots of foods (for example 5x30 food gives lots of additional hp). Also you can buy potions and other stuff. Cards are also more or less balanced. Some combos work better than others (for example dmg over time cards sucks, healing of yellow heros sucks). If you bitch about ingridients pick druid and you will be overflowed with them. Lots people bitch about game because there are more subtle tactics than in other games. Although game is not easy and is quite difficult. You need to grind on equipment/food/cards. you cant go on without grind.

The game doesnt fit in the screen,
there are quite a few things that are not explained in the game that are not self explanatory and some that are counter intuitive, that took a while to work out, such as what is the lightning bolt on weapons and armour? how to equip meals, what the is egg timer next to the meals? HP of your team and enemy is not visible enough, some shield ability monsters become virtually invincible because their shield is a different (invisible and variable) colour to their type (first saw this with crocs on 3rd level), also with spells that add armour, or reduce health per turn do not stack, only the most recent counts, the blacksmiths shop is basically pontless by the end of the introduction, the whole game just feels unfinished, and lacking polish despite the variety of unique concepts and great ideas that have gone into it...

@LoZio1 - there is a bug that removes all your equipment and spell cards sometimes. If it happens, run away immediately (you won't lose anything) and just equip everything again.

I thought that this game was pretty well balanced despite other people's comments. I only had to grind for recipe items - meals and potions are crucial for passing some of the more diffcult levels until you level up your characters. Overall, it took me five days to beat all the levels, and it was a pretty fun game. I have some comments.
1. Some weapons and armor are only useful for the early levels in the game. Adding some abilities might make them viable choices for later in the game (e.g. armor that adds colored mana at the beginning of each battle, weapons that increase the stats of same-colored spells).
2. Some meals are entirely useless (e.g. meals that decrease attack or magic power), and they should be removed, unless they provide some benefit that is unlisted on the card - I did not try any of these meals.
3. Sometimes, when returning to the game, all of my spells, weapons, and armor are no longer equipped. I am not sure why, but it seems like a bug.

I encountered a bug, everytime I go into battle it doesn't show my spell cards and I can't use any spells, has this happened to anybody else?

So, first battle after the tutorial, simple wasp, I ended up getting so much experience my PC almost crashed due to lack of memory. The sound spam was insane. Guess that's not normal?

SMM443 - Take the movement classes through in your first run-through. Take the others when revisiting; you don't need the shortcuts and the treasures don't respawn, and you get more loot from the grinding.

Why would you not pick the movement classes? 10% loot? More crafting stuff? it locks away parts of the level! seriously....

You get to a point in towers you can't go any further with out farming the 5 levels you have completed...but you get crap from those levels. Sorry, but I don't want to spend 20 hours farming just 5 levels.
