could you make randoms songs button? I used it to check new and not well know songs (you know radio statnions only sell mainstream songs which are often shit so its hard to find some pearls of old days or new aspiring artists)

Thank you for making this wonderful game as someone that has been here since 08 not on this account but the old account that I didn't like the name of (Supersmiley98) But but as someone that has been here since 08 I swear this is one of the best things I have seen on this site and the fact that you listen to feedback is another great quality.

I don't like how you can't just listen to a song. It has to be added to your playlist, even if you're just wanting to listen to it because you're searching for new music. Plus there should be a option to not show the video, as it lags me a lot. + this so the stuffs added (:
Youtube doesn't allow it. You could switch the search type to "lyrics" in the options menu, which would find lyrics videos and reduce bandwidth, but that's about all that can be done.

Creeper, I remember having that problem before, but when I tried typing in bruno mars i didn't have that problem (this time around)...
Oh never mind, the problem only appears when you select the artists category (like one is supposed to) seems to happen with all the artists. Also it shows the wrong song or at the very least a different music video (or lower quality ones...)... I'd just stick with typing in the artists name and searching by the song section not the artists (hope i didn't word that badly)
Hopefully, master machines will decide to make a few more changes to this and try to fix the problem, (and add my suggestion about letting us choose how many songs the searches pull up) but until that I doubt much can be done...

I found it really confusing to use. I couldn't figure out why the playlist kept automatically populating itself while I browsed. I kept clearing it and it kept happening. When browsing, I thought clicking a song would play it, but instead it would get added to the playlist and I'd lose my search progress if I went to go play it. And as a minor complaint, some music videos are creepy and I would have liked having the option to not show video.

Ah, just noticed that you decided to reduce it (according to the updates)... Don;t know how I didn't notice that before (the change) as I was definitely using this during mid/late may... This leads to a suggestion, perhaps you should add to the options menu, an option to increase or decrease the maximum number of songs searches can find (you could mention that a lower limit likely results in a higher performance.)

I think this may have already been addressed but is there a way for me to view more than 20 songs when I browsers through specific artists music? (It's been awhile since I used this so I don't recall how)

There has got to be a better way to scroll through playlists. I made a very large playlist and then tried to get to the middle of the playlist to double check something... my right index finger nearly fell off from all the clicking.

Chrome doesn't load "unsafe scripts" by default, which renders the game unplayable until you click the armor badge on the right of the search bar. I guess that's something Kong needs to fix.

There should be a thing where you make your playlists by pasting in URLs because I'm getting sick of my songs changing due to multiple titles....

I see, yeah usually whenever a popular artist releases a new album many of the songs will be in the top 500 for a week or two. Can be annoying at times when it's an artist I don't care for :D
I don't know if you're making a joke about Daft Punk being bad (I certainly don't think they are), but they just released a very popular album which is why they are currently dominating the top 500.

Ok I read your old answer to comment about "Im' feeling lucky" but I liked old one better where it created a playlist of random songs, I used it to look up new songs that I could like, can you add a "create random playlist" button or something like that

Is it just me or "I'm feeling lucky" button does not work, when I click it the playlist only show the variation of few bands/artists
MusicQuest 2 is not at all tied to the Sharendipity server. Unfortunately, I cannot remove the ties that my older games have to it. Which game did you want not tied to the server? I've been thinking about recreating Music Match in javascript (which is what MQ2 is built in)...

Great work with the new update, I'll probably be using this a lot more now. (I am surprised at how much the top 500 list changed through compared to pro (which also gets updated)) the top genre and random genre seems neat. Also good work with fixing that bug.

You know what would be nice? Add an "I'm feeling lucky" to the "browse genres" tab, that takes you to a random genre ("you got... rockabilly!"). Sort of like the suggestions for the "elite quests" in MusicQuest Pro were random. The sense of discovery is one of the things that draws people to MusicQuest.

some of the music that are in the genre selection are not that well known "that" surprise me, a nice tool but i don't get what so great about it
