here's a few things you could add:
customizable keys- Because not all keyboards have WSAD in the same spots.
better graphic quality- It's hard to even read things in this game.
bigger screen- There's just not enough room to see whats going on, expecially since enemies often fly off screen.
more noticeable arrows for enemies coming from top and bottom of screen- They're just so tiny we really can't even see them.
ability to skip tutorial & intro- Once we see it once we don't want to see it again.
Mutable sounds- We might have our own music to listen to while playing and don't want to have to listen to yours.
great work so far though, keep at it!

pixelization when you get hit sucks, especially with the clouds, all of a sudden you cant see yourself and you+all your enemies are a giant grey and purple blob, then your dead.
its a very fun and addicting game, but 2/5 for having fail clouds and pixelization.

This does NOT need a checkpoint system. It is a survival game, much like Left 4 Dead is. If you can finish the game, good. But otherwise you need to survive. If you're going to play it like that, you'll enjoy it rather more.
I do agree that the game are could be a little bigger. But the main issue I have with this game is the lack of music. Just replace that elevator music with something more dramatic. You can find great soundtracks for free from Incompetech.
Otherwise great game.

I wish this game had a ending to the story rather that a survival... lots of potential gone to waste... But still amazing!

The amount of recoil from firing missiles is a bit much. I didn't even bother trying to move most of the time since I'd just get tossed around the screen by recoil, explosions, and collision anyway and have no idea where I was due to all the clouds and smoke. The tininess of the screen compared to the speed of the enemies also made it largely pointless to move. Bigger play area and/or slower enemies. Better visibility. Less recoil.

I wish your ship would fire constantly, and then use the mouse button for the blast wave. Alternatively, swap space-upgrade with e-blast as the timing of the blast wave is far more critical than buying upgrades.

I actually like how you have to start over when you die. It makes mastering game mechanics the deciding factor of how well will you do. For instance, last time i died, i got stuck because there were many enemies around me, and my blast wave was still recharging. Knowing that, i will try to use it less and save it for these kinds of moments.
5/5 btw, even though the window could be a little bigger

i wish there was a system that you could save your progress instead of starting all over again if you do that all put this a 5/5 but for now a 4/5

this game is a wonderful time waster! the repair makes the game unique and so does the upgrade station. the graphics are awesome and the physics are amazing! another good thing is that when you shoot an enemy, it doesn't keep coming as if it dint get hit. instead it bounces back a little. overall, a really fun game!
PS; on the main screen, you can click and drag to twirl the planet. :D

The game is good , has good graphics , a lot of work has been done on it , it shows , but it get's boring after a moment

game was awesome, it just it went crazy when they got me for all 4 side. im like "holy crap! wtheck is going on?! oh wait, i died. sad face." does need a checkpoint or save feature, but one of the funest games i've played! keep up the good work!

A better difficulty curve would work. First I'm here, happily blowing up everything at ease, and suddenly I'm surrounded by several dozens of the big guys with a lot of HP and several dozen of the bomb-like enemies, and I die almost instantly. I didn't even have the time to use my own bomb.

i wish the achievements give some bonus points its a pain to kill 13 enemies at the start of the game since i fight like 1 enemy every 30 sec or so

Not a bad shooter, but still not a GREAT one. Could use some bosses, and of course the Kong API. Is missing something else, but can't really figure out what as I keep playing for some reason attempting differing upgrade paths. OH! Maybe stating bonuses for the achievements you have unlocked (an extra point or so to spend from them would be great, making it a bit easier and adding more of a replay value to it.

I updated the game. Game gets harder and player earns upgrade points twice as fast now. I should have made this before.

I dont see why everyone is complaining about checkpoints, etc.
This is meant to be an arcade game, like Geometry Wars, or the original Donkey Kong... And it does a great job of it too, with great physics, and a fun upgrading system.
5/5

Ok, let me get this straight, the lone survivor of the human race is fighting off a seemingly endless armada of alien robots in a tiny little ship that somehow has unlimited ammunition/energy for its main gun, an endless supply of extremely powerful missiles, can build on itself to make itself even more powerful, and can repair itself to full functionality in approximately 3 seconds....... SIGN ME UP!!!

Good game though, also would love the ability to just zoom in and have a bigger game window, I hate small game windows >.<
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I think the biggest annoyance in this game is the game window, would love to have it be slightly taller, and have the red arrows (warning of enemies) be 20% bigger, and come 0.25 second earlier, tiny adjustments I know, but I usually die to enemies spawning at the top or bottom of the screen, because the warning is difficult to notice, and the game area is so small when it comes to height, meaby have a difficulty slider which decides how long/big the warning arrows are?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
*whoops, pressed enter,
anyways my suggestions were to increase the size of the playing field, make warning arrows more visible, and reduce the blurring when being fired at and getting hit. At certain points of the game, i didnt know where my ship was amist all the chaos

nice realism (considering the blast-pushback), the clouds covers wiew sometimes but that makes it more challenging, only bad part is that you can't save.. so it is annoying to lose and have to start over. other than that: good game, and good graphic 3,5/5!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Please DONT add savepoints, seriously, the game will just get easy and it will be boring, like almost every game around =(
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Unfortunately the game doesn't allow movement with the arrow keys as an alternative to WASD, this does make it awkward for many left-handers.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
can you make the enemies only spawn at the front, top, and bottom plz cause its annoying for ppl to keep track of the ones in the back
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why is it that when enemies spawn behind you, they're 5x faster than if they spawn in front of you? It makes no sense. So, make the playing field larger, fix some mechanical issues and we're in business. Until then, 3/5.
