Pause button? yes. graphics? not the best but not the worst. game play? could be better. is this the style the author is known for? no clue, could be his\her first game ever made.

I would love to see a multi-player version of this, it would have a 'Heavy Weapon' style experience, pure action and intensity with a healthy dollop of fun.
Something to look into: target flagging, flag a target for the AI (or other players, multi-player :D) to focus on. Would be interesting to see how it affects the target choices of players.
Great game, a lot of fun when I got to like level 29~ it started lagging really bad though, eventually causing my death. My laptop can't handle all those shapes! D:
