Gold key glitch needs to be fixed, stuck after talking to people in the wrong order, so no key to kings room. Too much clicking required as well.

people, plz help me. I tried giving the button to steven after talking to them both but i cannot seem to get a key from him!!! anyone any ideas on how to get a key from him?

Please help me somebody??i cudnt get the key from captain.i talked with eevry1 and came back to jester,,i accused him too,still i didnt get the key,,,please help!!!!!

Getting in the castle. So you're free from the cell and you go down the rope to find a shed and a pond. try opening the shed but it's locked. go left. you will see two guards and the castle gate. talk to both. they won't let you in. Go left again. there's a well and a locked shed. look at the well and the player will say that there's something shiny in there. click "use" and then the handle (of the well). the rope will go up and use the bucket on the hook. then use the handle again. the bucket will go down. use the handle again and the bucket will go up, now with a key inside it. Take the key, go to the shed. open the door (remember to use the key in the keyhole). you'll find a locker. open the middle locker (it is the only one unlocked) and take the dirty magazine. also take the plunger just below the mirror. go the guards and give the dirty magazine to the chubby guard. he'll be embarrassed and he'll let you in in exchange for your silence.

Getting out of the cell. take the following: blanket, shirt, prison bar piece and bucket. use the prison bar piece on the blanket and shirt. use the shirt and the blanket, and both will make a rope. look at the wall just below the window. there's one brick sticking out. pull it and use the rope on the window. you'll be able to see a red arrow and you will be able to go out the prison.

to get the key to the king's room, you have to:
1. start a new game
2. do NOT talk to any of the suspects until you finish speaking to the captain
3. Talk to the jester first and ONLY ask who he thinks did it.
4. follow the trail of accusations without asking anything else until you reach the jester again.
5. tell him someone thinks he did it, then talk to the captain.
6. if you followed my directions without asking anything but who they think did it, he should give you the key.

Found the key to the hatch by thr well - but it's to dark! I tried to take all the candles in the castle with no results. Please help!!!

when you leave the cell....you go and talk to the guard...then u go to the well ... then u click on use and click on the handle of the well....then a rope and a hook will come up...you then take the bucket...and put it on the hook....then u click back on the handle and send it down back....then you click back on the handle and raise it up back...you then collect the key...and go and open the shed....then you click on the middle locker and take the "dirty magazine" ...than you go and talk to tha guards agian (Jerry ) and he will et you enter the castle..then you talk 2 the other guard....and keep talking to the guards unilt they tell you about the detective...then you go into the castle and go up to the second floor and tell the man guarding the king's body...that you are the detective...!!!! That's for now..!!!!!!!!!!!

ok..this is from the top...when u come out of the chamber....u have to go talk 2 the guards....then go to the well....click on use and click on the handle on the well....the rope and a hook will come up...take the bucket that you collected from the cell and place it on the rope...then click back on use handle...the bucket will go down...then click again on use handle...the bucket will come up...you then collect the key...and go back to the shed and open it...then you open the middle locker...and take the dirty magazine...then u go back and talk to the guard (jerry)then you will enter the castle..!!!!!!!

oh and to get the staff from jester you pull his hat but you have to quickly use the plunger on his staff or his hat goes back up and you'll have to pull his hat again and also viola' you get staff

lol what you do to get the key from the captain is you talk to all the characters starting with the jest about who they think it is but you also ask them if they are the killer then you go to the person they accused and so on then end with the jester and viola' you got the key to the kings room

Give the dirty magazine to Jerry. He'll open the gate for you. Then talk to John, and after that go to the captain inside the castle. From there, you can figure it out yourself ;)

I'm stuck!! I've spoken to EVERYONE a MILLION times, but the captain won't give me the gold key for the kings room!! >.<
