Could be interesting but the constant input lag and slow overall response time ruin the experience for me personally. Might try it again at a later date to see if there's a difference.

A cool idea is that William died but as a final act to save you when you wake in the field the are actually Fey and you find a boy who has lost his memory and you can ruin him and make him forget all or bring his memory back and save him and you discover that boy is you at the end when you hear him say I will not stay
The jumping and collision can be quite glitchy for people, have you tried using a different configuration for your controls? It might help! :) Otherwise, sorry about that, but thanks for playing :)

It's nearly brilliant, but I got as far as the dryad and gave up in frustration with the controls. Movement feels sluggish, and a/d/space feels really unnatural. Fix that, and based on what I've seen so far, I'd love it.
Thank you for the feedback :) I'm going to work on a screen today where you can choose either to have WASD or Arrow Keys, and then choose whether you'd like your jump button ot be W or Up Arrow or Spacebar. So hopefully there'll be something there for you to get on better with! :)

Hey, yes it's made it Stencyl - I think it's a great tool. I'm no expert however, I found the Getting Started crash course in the help section of Stencyl really useful myself - so I would definitely suggest doing that if you haven't yet. There's quite a few tutorials & forums out there also; take a look around and complete some of them, they might not be directly related to what you want to do, but they'll help you get to grips with the tools quicker. i really really liked it, though i think that with something that you choose at the very beginning of the story, should make more of a difference than changing two words. where ______ told you the fairy tail, and ______ was chained up and stroked like a pet. That would have made my going through it with both scenarios more rewarding.
I'd have liked to do a lot more with it too! In fact, most of the choices I'd have liked to do a little more with. I'm working on something very different at the moment, but I do have another choose-your-own game lined up, and I can promise lots of intertwining & big consequence choices, so stay tuned! I would appreciate it more if it saved where you were. (i.e if you crossed the dryad and make her simile, it should save that you did that )
Interesting, it shoud save that as long as it's in the same play through. If you close the browser it doesn't save, but otherwise if you make the dryad smile, she should be smiling when you return. I shall look into it, thank you for bringing this up.

Why don't you make a W/Spacebar/Up arrow as Jump, A/Right arrow to go right and D/Left Arrow to go left. It'll be much much much more convenient for all of Kongregate. I currently won't be playing the game but I will surely return when the control are fixed. Love the game but my left hand is not used to the control than my right hand :(

The very first thing you are asked is what controls you would like, and arrow keys are an option.
Was there a problem with this, or was it broken? I don't quite understand why you think there are no arrow keys? However, this might be affecting others as well - so if you can let me know, that'd be great.
