Why does the difficulty curve need to be more progressive? That would only mean you would have to play longer each time. When you become pro that will just be a major pain.

I love the concept. Bright crisp shapes, very colourful and appealing, definite upbeat trend to it. Interface is simple and intuitive. I also like how it does not matter how many get by you so long as you keep collecting shapes. Allows the player to set their own difficulty level by swooping into tighter groups.

Nice game. Seems there's a lot of confusion here for people - writing a quick how to would help that.
Match colors or shapes for points. Red stars will match with any red shape, or any star, for a bonus stretch. Break the pattern and start over.

I scored best when I just waved my mouse around randomly. In fact I just gave up and let the clock run out because it was getting boring.
