Under rating threshold (show) Tips in order of importance - Save your gold from the first few battles only use it on a golden ticket and shrine, if your health is low before you find a ticket use elixir, if used and still no ticket buy armor when below 500. Once you have used a golden ticket (or more if super lucky) focus mainly on swords, divine edge (only one for the dragon and buy another after the dragon if possible), only get armor when low on health. A great time to buy weapons is when you have 2 or more in a row because the price stays the same for those few if you buy them so get 2-3 swords for only 200ish and you save about 200. Bank your money! I always try to have 500-700 just in case a golden ticket comes around or I need armor and a shrine.

Under rating threshold (show) Save your elixer no matter what you come by, until you need to use it, and do not Buy that instant kill, just Shortens the lentght of your progress. once you use the elixer, all you need is the Armor shop to replenish HP. (With new armor ofc, and more hitpoints.)

Under rating threshold (show) Wolves are still too powerful, in my opinion. When one can hit me 4 times in a row, and does about 500 damage a hit, on day 6, mind you, that's about 80% of my health, without doing any damage to the wolf. I'd hate to see what they were like before.

Under rating threshold (show) It seems like money's too hard to come by. Enemies don't drop more loot as you progress so the increasing prices becomes too much, even for sunshrines. Maybe reduce the prices of things a little? Also, what if there's an upgrade system for every time you make a run? For example, you can earn points during your first run that can upgrade stuff like attack speed and attack strength, hp bar size, etc. for the next run. This means every run you make you get a little better and go a little farther.

Under rating threshold (show) Good game. I think a wider range of enemies would be nice and some sort of indication as to what type of enemy you are going to face. I get annoyed at not taking a devine edge because a ticket is coming up and find that a dragon is round the corner. Then again - I should always act as if a dragon is round the corner... except maybe at the supermarket.

Under rating threshold (show) I don't have any idea why you made the dragon so absurdly powerful. In order to have any chance at this game, you need to find a divine edge before day ten... which does not always happen. That is entirely absurd.

Under rating threshold (show) LOVE the concept, music, look of it, and over all gameplay. My only displeasment with it is the mechanics could use some fine tuning in terms of luck (I.E I've run into too many "impossible" scenarios where no matter what I chose say 5-10 events back, there was no way to progress.) Also, the fact that the monsters seem to hit twice way too often (I'll run into one that does 2 hits, i hit, then it hits twice again for ~400 each and I loose about 1/2 - 1/3 my health). But still, GREAT game, well done!

Under rating threshold (show) This game has promise but the difficulty really needs to be taken into account. I found that I was getting ahead most of time with Luck rather then skill (ie, my best run was due to finding 2 Gold Tickets and hitting all the shrines while not running into a Dragon).

Under rating threshold (show) Good game, but needs the following: 1)The random attack element to the battles should be balanced or removed. Watching yourself get hit 5 times to an enemy that only takes 2 to kill is rather annoying/frustrating. 2)A bonus from leveling up besides a score multiplier. 3)Dragon needs to be nerfed. Impossible to kill without a Divine Edge. 4)Either the dragon should be at a set interval, or there should be an indication to how many more events are remaining until the dragon fight when it's drawing near. 5)There should be some way to level your life span stat, whether it be through leveling up as others suggested or through a purchasable item (perhaps even tie it to the Soulshrine). 6)Days should advance slower when not in a battle event. Enemies shouldn't be getting stronger that fast while I'm stuck in a chain of shop events that I can't afford.

Under rating threshold (show) After getting to level 7 without getting past day 5 if I even made it that far I find that I can not in good conscience give this game a good rating. The game is enjoyable for what it is. Pleasant to look at and a simple yet compelling game game play design. However the game is 100% luck and therefore completely random which I have seen a lot of complaints over so this won't be news to any one. Remove some of the randomness from the game and give us something to fulfill the supposed RPG element of the game and you will find yourself in possession of a good game. As prolonging a gaming experience through repeated and unavoidable failures is not my idea of a good time.

Under rating threshold (show) This game is awesome, but at the same time the frustrating combat prevents me from playing this game as much as I'd like to. Elixers always conveniently show up after I've spent all of my money, so I think it would be a lot more enjoyable for elixers to be a randomly acquired item after killing a monster. Also, with how much of a struggle it is for the character to kill things, I end up spending all of my money on armor. Any leftover money I have has to go towards refilling my lifespan, and it seems impossible to be able to upgrade my weapon. My armor will reach at least level 5 before I have the chance to increase my weapon once. I think the other players are spot on with the idea of having the weapon upgrades increase your attack speed. I've been hit 3 times in a row, and it even happens more than once in the same battle, yet it's a surprise to see my own character land 2 hits in a row.

Under rating threshold (show) In my opinion you don't have an awful lot of strategy in this game, it's sort of like an idle RPG with a little player input. I want to see somewhat more control, perhaps the ability to go take different paths that have different risks and rewards.

Under rating threshold (show) So you can't hold multiple elixers? that sort of seems a bit strange, especially since you can only hold either the elixer or the super sword and you just have to guess when you are going to need it? hmmm I get the game is about luck but it would be much nicer if it was luck/strategy type of game :)

Under rating threshold (show) - Leveling up bonuses... ummm, I'm not sure about this actually. Depends on what gets done exactly. I would like to avoid the feeling of being forced to grind to finish the game that these bonuses might cause. - Have the buildings look different :P Hope I can help and won't discourage you or anything. I'd really like to see this to turn into something great.

Under rating threshold (show) Really liked the idea and presentation of the game ( LOVED the sprites!), though it needs a lot of polish to be great. - Optimum Soulshrines usage: I find it clunky that to get the best... mileage out of a Soulshrine you have to wait till it's almost offscreen. Soulshrines should freeze the bar at 100% for the duration of them being on the screen so the time you click isn't a factor. - The Dragon is just stupid. He comes out of nowhere and can ruin your perfectly decent run just like that. - Would be nice to see how much money monsters will give below the icon. - Visual character upgrades would be nice. - Too much luck focused in general. It's not bad that the game requires some amounts of luck, but I think currently it relies on that too much. Things like the dragon or battle outcomes in general feel cheep and unfair. Battles should be more mathematical based, then luck based (trading blows, not random blows). (cont.)

Under rating threshold (show) My new favorite game. Different characters with unique abilities & class-specific gear would be ace. Does it seriously charge you for a potion when you already have one and yet give you nothing? I'd love to see some spells or magic items that slow the lifespan depletion temporarily, or some more monsters, especially zombies. Thanks for making a kick-ass game, can't wait to see a sequel.

Under rating threshold (show) Excellent concept, and while luck does play a major factor, you don't really lose anything much in the long run to a bad run. It's a fun little timesink, and that's wonderful. You could enter in -some- (difficult) quicktime events with some enemies to up the skill-involvement and reduce the luck value. Perhaps add a 'desperation block' quicktime event that shows up only when the hero is low on hp - so the players don't get overused to it and just manage to block everything. Also, I don't really get the concept of levels They just seem to increase your score thus letting whoever plays the longest have the highest score. Personally, I find it to be a bit of a vestigial feature, since it seems to do nothing but inflate the high score. All that said, still a great concept, and great execution for a first time. A bit more polish, and I think this could be one heck of an addictive game!
